Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the North Yorkshire town of Ingleby Barwick, and only a short drive from the nearby Stockton-on-Tees, Yarm and Middlesbrough, Martinhoe is a comfortable, two-storey property with plenty to do right on the doorstep. Enjoy a romantic trip for two, or a family holiday, where you and your loved ones can come together and make the most of the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. Martinhoe is also suitable for corporate stays!



The Space:

Martinhoe boasts a brilliant location for exploring North Yorkshire and the North East, and offers plenty of space for families and groups of friends across three well-sized bedrooms.



The cosy living area features a large fabric sofa, a flat screen TV and a coffee table so you’ll be able to make yourself right at home when staying.



You can enjoy your home-cooked meals in the dining area which shares the living room space.



The holiday let has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals easily during your stay.



Head upstairs and you’ll find three tranquil bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, wardrobe, wall-mounted TV and an ensuite shower room. Ideal for children or teenagers, the second bedroom has a single bed, and the third bedroom has one double bed.



The family bathroom is located at the top of the stairs on the first floor and is fitted with a bathtub, overhead shower and wash basin, plus a WC. A downstairs WC is also available at Martinhoe.



Outside you’ll find a private, sunny back garden with astro turf and outdoor tiles.
