The villa is located in a prime area of Ramatuelle, on the seafront of l'Escalet plage.



There are 3 bedrooms: 1 twin and a double room sharing a shower room, a large double room with an ensuite shower room. Each bedroom has access to a terrace to enjoy the view.



There is a comfortable living/dining room opening onto a stone terrace and the sea view.



The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living area.



The large garden makes the most of the scenery with two terraces, sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and a terrace overlooking the blue sea.



There is also a quirky Balinese outdoor bathroom with shower, vanity and WC for those who want to enjoy the South of France outdoors as much as possible.
