Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We never got in there. It was already occupied and refunding was denied to us. An absolutely horrible experience to arrive with kids at rooms that are not free. A lot of crying! We rang Vrbo and they absolutely did not help us. Now we have to go to court. We would never ever recommend anyone to book anything over this company!
