Great location overlooking the ocean. Extremely convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We actually had storm damage knock out a transformer in the street. The host was extremely responsive in coordinating the property manager, an electrician, air-conditioning company, and the Kauai power company to get us back up and running, and minimize the impact on our stay.

The property is exactly like the pictures. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and beach stuff. Perfect location. We have three teenage athletes so we used the athletic club a lot. It was perfect. Whole stay was exactly what we wished for!

The property was in a great location that was convenient to walk to two beaches, resorts, and restaurants. The view was amazing and you could hear the waves crashing you were so close to the water.

We had a wonderful week in our condo near Poipu. The location was idealβ€”close to snorkeling beaches, scenic hiking trails, neat cultural luau, and convenient for exploring Kauai’s South and North shores. One of the highlights of our trip was a boat tour of the breathtaking Na Pali Coast with some of our grandkids (ages 10–18). The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and made a great home base for our family adventures. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai!

Well equipped from kitchen to beach gear! Perfect sunsets from your own living room. The nights were majestic and the ocean breeze cooled the house naturally. A/c worked great during the hot moments. Lots of kitchen equipment - easy to cook.

Truly an amazing experience. The view is simply amazing. The pictures don't do it justice! We spent so much time watching off the patio/lanai or sliding doors! Turtles, all the time, spend a few minutes especially mid-day and they are easily found. The location is great; we walked down to Poipu Beach to watch the turtles 4 times. There's also an area close by with general store and some other conveniences so going all the way into Lihue or what not is rarely needed. We had only a very minor issue and the hosts responded quickly and got it resolved, my whole family loved it, and I would 100% come back and stay again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We had the most beautiful view from the living room and the location was perfect for our day adventures whether it was a nice stroll to the local beaches or travel up the east side or the west side, and also very close to the airport. The hosts were so responsive and welcoming with a very clean and beautiful accommodations.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful two-story condo in the heart of Poipu Beach! The condo is even more lovely in person and the view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The decor is updated, but still true to the island style with lovely artwork throughout. We have two teenagers and each enjoyed having their own bedroom/bath. The unit is very well stocked with cookware, pantry items (spices, oils, etc), and beach equip. (towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, water shoes, cooler). Basic toiletries, all linens, and paper goods are provided. Just bring your clothes and swimsuits! The location is ideal, close to beaches/shops, and a 1-hour drive to the north shore or western trails. The on-site pool is very small and shady and has no view. We enjoyed the included athletic club membership instead. The club is a 5-minute drive with parking. The resort-style pool is very nice and the on-site food was surprisingly good. Back at the condo, parking is included (tight spaces) and there are several flights of stairs up to the unit. We did just fine, but others may need to take this into consideration. Beds are on the softer side. The 1st floor master bdrm is sunny. The a/c was not working during our stay due to damage from hurricane Lala. The unit got a little warm but the owners provided extra fans and we made the best of it! The owners are wonderful and highly responsive and have a great housekeeper who can help in emergencies. We can't wait to return!

Hosts were fantastic communicators and provided us with a detailed list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The sound of the ocean and turtle watching from the balcony were amazing. The location cannot be beat - Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach are a close walk or drive and there are tons of excellent restaurants within 15 minutes from the condo.

The condo was right on the ocean with the perfect view. We were able to watch whales and turtles feeding from the balcony. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for a family ranging from age 24 to 85. The unit was a short walk to Shipwreck beach and to Poipu Beach with the turtles. We could not have asked for a better location and family experience.

Perfect spot very scenic

We loved this condo penthouse ! It’s probably the best one we have ever stayed at in Hawaii! The views alone are to die for so many titles and we saw dolphins. The place is perfect and has good AC we loved sitting on the deck and taking in the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Kauai :)

Stunning Oceanfront is Stunning!

My family of 5 adults spent a wonderful week in this stunning condo on the edge of the Pacific. Unending ocean views of crashing waves, rainbows and sea turtles, spacious and comfortable accommodations and easy communications with hosts.
