Ideal for family holidays, the villa is located in a quiet residential 150m from a beautiful sandy beach, no road to cross.
The villa is surrounded by a private garden flowery with a covered terrace and sea side garden and a terrace with relaxation lounge in wicker parasol and remote mountain side.
There are sun loungers to relax, an outdoor shower and a barbecue for your grill.
You get a parking spot in front of the house.
The villa of 55 m2, equipped Wi-Fi is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. c, a dining area for 6 people and a large veranda lounge of 12m2 with TV and Clic-Clac.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms can accommodate 5 people: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bunk bed.The bedding is new and quality.
You have available a baby cot, changing table and small bathtub
The villa is ideally located to visit Corsica on the day, access to natural swimming pools and hiking trails nearby.
Alba Serena Residence is 35km south of Bastia (ferry or 35 minutes), 1 hour from St Florent, gorges Restonica and Cape Corse, 1h30 from Porto Vecchio, 2:30 Bonifacio and Ajaccio.
The baker comes every morning in the residence and the pizza seller awaits you at the entrance of the residence and Proxy supermarket is 300m walk ..
For nightlife, entertainment and shopping, you will find everything you need in Moriani 1.5 km (bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, shops, jetski, windsurfing ...)
Tennis courts and a city stadium located at the entrance of the residence.

Perfect!

We found everything exactly as the description (and other comments) promised. A very nice house, absolutely clean and well equipped, in walking distance to the very nice beach. Even in July not overcrowded and perfect for families with smaller kids as it was a very calm and shallow sea. We enjoyed our two weeks family vacation very much. The support of the owner was always immediate and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful Location

We have spent a lovely holiday at this location. The home is well maintained and tastefully decorated. It is equipped with everything you can need to enjoy living inside and outside, from home appliances to garden and beach equipment. Really comfortable for a family with children like us. In a 2-minutes walk you get to the beach. A quiet not crowded sandy beach, with a gently degrading sea, ideal for children. And also rocky seabeds at a short distance to enjoy snorkelling. Calme et confort

Maison très confortable et très bien équipée. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien.Emplacement idéal avec la mer à proximité directe mais également pour visiter tout le nord de la Corse. Très facile de se rendre à Corte également. Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine en famille avec nos 2 grands enfants de 19 et 15 ans.

Un logement qui donne l’impression d’être comme chez soi. Il ne manque absolument rien. La plage est proche et permet de se promener le long du littoral : pratiquement personne en juin ! Das Haus war hervorragend. Solche Ausstattung hatten wir noch nie. Vor-und hinter dem Haus was das Herz begehrt. Einen Abstrich wurden wir machen: Es ist wie in einer Reihenhaussiedlung mit 2 Parteien, heißt es ist sehr hellhörig. Ein großer Vorteil waren die Klimaanlagen. Konversation hat prima üner DeepL funktioniert. Einen fahrenden Bäcker hatte es auch.

Ferienhaus wie beschrieben - einfach fantastisch

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Korsika und in diesem schönen Ferienhaus untergebracht. Es war mehr vorhanden als erwartet. Die 2 Kühlschränke und die 3 Klimaanlagen waren mehr als sinnvoll. Strandutensilien waren reichlich vorhanden, was unseren beiden Kindern sehr zugute kam. Es war liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Somit waren wir rundum zufrieden und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Wir freuen uns auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir sind als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) verreist und hatten tolle 14 Tage in diesem Fereinhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden und die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und bieten genügend Stauraum. Das Haus hat überall Klimaanlagen (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer/Küche). Sehr gut haben uns auch die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten gefallen. Es war überall Sonnenschutz vorhanden (Sonnenschirm, Sonnensegel, Rollos). Auch für den Strand war eine riesige Auswahl an Sachen vorhanden. Angefangen vom Schirm für den Strand über Strandmatten, Schaufeln, Eimern, Luftmatratze und Schwimmnudeln. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs war sehr zuvorkommend. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Frau, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war sehr nett. Sie hat uns alles genau erklärt und stand den ganzen Urlaub für Fragen zur Verfügung. Alles verlief völlig problemlos. Danke für den tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Uitstekend huis vlakbij strand

Prima residentie, volledig ingericht huis airconditioning in huiskamer en slaapkamers, rustig strand en prima strand direct aan de residentie. Mooie tuin voor en achter. Fijne zitjes. Prima Wifi. Leuk om een week te verblijven. Goede ontvangst, we zouden graag wat meer gepraat hebben maar spreken de taal niet voldoende. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en volledige privacy.

Gemütliches Häuschen direkt am Strand

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, hat einen schönen Garten und 3 Terrassen. Die Zimmer sind alle klimatisiert, was im Hochsommer sehr wichtig ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch Schirm, Liegen und Strandspielzeug. Der Strand ist in wenigen Metern erreichbar und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants direkt am Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Me Regnier hat sehr gut funktioniert und war sehr nett. Auch wenn sie nicht vor Ort war, hat sie sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Man kann auch schöne Ausflüge machen in 1 bis 2 stunden Fahrzeit oder direkt in den Bergen hinterm Ort. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus und können es nur empfehlen.

Mini villa très bien équipée et fleurie avec climatiseurs et terrasses située dans un lotissement très tranquille à quelques minutes à pied d'une belle plage de sable fin. Très bon accueil. Rien à redire

Annonce plus que fidèle à la réalité. Logement très bien équipé, à proximité du centre ville et au pied de la plage. Sa double exposition, ses deux terrasses, ses équipements, le calme de l'environnement sont autant d'atouts qui nous ont fait passer un bon séjour. Proche de bastia (40min à peine), de Saint Florent (1h max) et à distance raisonnable de Corte (1h15) pour des balades des plus agréables. Communication plus que facile avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place le représentant pour les formalités d'entrée et de sortie.

Très bien equipé et très propre

Le logement est encore mieux équipé que le décrit l’annonce. L’accueil est très sympathique et le logement très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 4 pendant deux semaines : c’était parfait !

Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour que notre séjour soit parfait propreté mise à disposition de vélo etc tout est fait pour qu'on soit à l'aise merci mr reynier et abritel

Einfach schön

Tolles Häuschen. Hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Die Bauart des Hauses ist perfekt. Je nach Sonnenstand kann man eine der drei Terrassen nutzen. Wir kommen wieder
