Seabreeze is a stunning three-bedroom end terrace home in Crail. Located on the outskirts of the village, it benefits from a quiet location yet is only a five-minute walk to the High street and artisan shops as well as the coastal path with the picturesque harbour just beyond.

The East Neuk is a popular destination for an active break, with wild swimming at the local tidal pools and watersports as well as coastal walks being some of the outdoor attractions. It’s also well-known for its excellent food and drink scene with a bounty of local producers and farmers markets alongside cafes, restaurants and cosy pubs. There’s a vibrant arts and music scene too, with plenty of events throughout the year from open mic nights to renowned arts festivals.
