Great property. Definitely visit the cafe with the playground and pony nearby. Just a 0.2 mile walk for coffee, pastries, and an awesome sandwich

Fantastic house in a neat spot

This house may not be a mansion, but it's laid out really well, and made for a fantastic space. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a cute, walkable neighborhood.

Great place to stay for a small family or group. We had 5 guests which was perfect for us. Responses from the owner were timely and clear. Only downside was we were under the impression of an outdoor hot tub due to the wording in the listing but it’s a jacuzzi style bathtub. Other than that place was perfect for our trip I highly recommend!

Nice property in a sketchy neighborhood

Owner was great, the property was nice, but the neighborhood was sketchy. Narrow streets, noisy neighbors. Repairs needed for the property, especially the septic. No TP in the toilet? Really?

Hi Damien, our neighbors have been here over 30plus years and we have had no issues whatsoever with safety as you mentioned "sketchy". The trees and quiet days really makeup for the no curb-appeal factor. The TP is not any issue when you are provided lid trashcans in every bathroom and a bidet ! Pls be mindful of your reviews. Thanks!

Our experience here was ok, but wished it was better. Positives: nice space for two adults 1 child,. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The dining area / family area was nice. There was a private parking area. The host was great & quick at communicating. Negatives: biggest drawback was not being able to flush any toilet paper due to the septic tank. If that was in the property description, it was definitely not at the top of the list. Upon check-in, there was a white board with a list of instructions, and no flushing of toilet paper was at the very top. In fact, before we checked in, the host contacted us to say that the previous guest had clogged a toilet, so one toilet was out of commission. A plumber came the next day and cleared it, so we had less than a day of only 1 toilet. We appreciated the host fixing it relatively quickly. But not being able to flush TP was not a fun adjustment for us. Only one of the toilets (in the smaller bedroom) has a bidet, which could make it more manageable. But in the master bath, there was no bidet. One family member was on their cycle and really hated not being able to flush any TP. We had to buy extra small plastic bags so that we could contain the toilet paper we used each time in the bathroom because it felt disgusting to leave toilet paper with feces on it in a garbage can (it did have a lid, but still gross).Also - there were ants ALL over the kitchen sink. Luckily, no ants in other parts of kitchen or house.
