The extra-large deck off the dining room is great for alfresco dining and gathering, featuring a BBQ grill, as well as small private yard to relax after a long day at the beaches or to play lawn games.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty towels in a RED bag by the front door. RED bags are in
the front hall closet by front door
Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the cycle, there are soap pods
under the sink.
Trash and recycles (NO plastic bags) taken to dumpsters.
Throw away all food in the refrigerator.
Propane tank for grill on the deck is turned to OFF.
Make sure all lights are turned OFF.
Make sure all air conditioners are turned OFF.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
