The property is lovely, it's well equipped and has an ideal location. We had a small issue opening a window and maintenance staff were very helpful. The only reason we gave it three stars is that we found the location downtown and near a McDonald's meant there were loud groups of people outside late at night, into the early hours or the morning making it difficult to sleep. This is no fault of the host, but likely a byproduct of the central location. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Sometimes location isn't everything
This upstairs penthouse is in a superb location near the Minster. It met our needs but we had several concerns. Better instructions are needed to access the property. It wasn't clear that you could drive into Blake Street at all. The floor had not been swept prior to our arrival. (glass under the sofa bed and rubbish under the table bench)The kitchen is not well equipped (no coffee pot or jug, no frying pan) One duvet had no cover and the pillows for the sofa bed had no cases. I had asked about bedding before we arrived. There were only 4 tumblers and 4 towel bales so this is clearly a flat for 4 people and should not be billed as a flat for 4-6. It is therefore overpriced despite its excellent location. The roof terrace was a hit with our grandsons. We didn't understand why no access information is released until 24 hours before and we were sent a number of links to necessary documents which didn't work so quite a bit of hassle!
