If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to Tahoe, this is the place. 3-Story Townhome in a small lakeside complex (52 units) in Dollar Point. Five minute drive to Tahoe City and ten minute drive to Kings Beach. Located "up the hill" from the lake, a short walk or drive to the private beach, pool, and tennis courts. 15-20 min. drive to Palisades, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar Ski Resorts.

We loved the location

The location of this property in summer month is perfect. The private beach is perfect. It is also close to town and the marina for boat rentals etc. I would stay again.

Cozy get away in charming townhome

Great House, Great Location

We had a fantastic stay. House was as described, clean and worked great for us. Really appreciate the private beach with chairs and the pool. Made things much easier with our 4 kids as all we needed to bring was towels and sand toys. Would definitely recommend! Communication with Ryan was simple and easy.

Great property with awesome Tahoe amenities

Great property with access to private beach, pool and tennis/pickleball. Easy communication and directions for condo. whole unit was very clean. The condo could use some more plates and bowls - only has six of each item so would benefit from a refresh. Portable AC units are added bonus for summer eat, especially for master bedroom. Overall, a great stay.

Perfect ski trip

We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers). Ryan was very helpful and checked-in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is very clean and cozy, the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything for cooking, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to the ski resorts and Tahoe city restaurants and shops. So everything was perfect, we will definitely be back.

Peace and Quiet

The place was spotless. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness, and this home passed my test. The necessities needed in the kitchen were properly supplied, as well as sheets, pillows and bath towels. It was a wonderful get away! The only "but" I have, and I think it is with VRBO and not the owners of this property, is that when I pulled up lakefront listings, this home was shown. The pictures supplied also gave the impression the home was lakefront. The home is actually the 3rd row back. But, there was an amazing view of the lake from the family room and the master bedroom. I have zero complaints about this rental. Would definitely use them again. Tahoe City is amazing! A must see if you've never been!

Excellent for a quick family getaway.

The townhouse is in a nice location, really close to downtown Tahoe City and near the resorts. The townhome itself is well appointed, clean, quiet and everything worked. It was perfect for a few days for us and our two sons.

Charming condo in the woods.

Had a great weekend. This property is so well appointed and clean. Everything we could need was available. An amazing view of the lake from the upper floor, spacious balcony with BBQ for entertaining, and the cozy living room/dining area, were highlights. The communication about the property was clear and easy to follow. The management was accommodating and very responsive. I have no complaints and will definitely stay again.
