Magnificent apartment on the first floor with three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds that can be joined into a double and another with two single beds), two bathrooms, full kitchen, large dining room with two comfortable sofas.

The apartment is located on the first floor with only 15 steps!
It enjoys a strategic position: it is very close to Piazzale Roma and the only train station in Venice (Santa Lucia).

Amazing host that responded promptly to my many questions. Her daughter met us at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. Host reserved our transportation from the airport and to the cruise bus pickup. Location quiet but close for walking to St Marks Square and anywhere else we wanted to go. Great space for 5 people and will definitely return when back to Venice.

Large apartment with 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 baths, which was perfect for 3 couples. Great communication with the host. Really appreciated being met at the Alilaguna stop and being led to the apt. Located in a less busy part of Venice, but only a short (20-30 min) walk to San Marco Square, Rialto bridge. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this charming apartment. It was centrally located and easy walking distance to many of the Venice attractions. Elisabetta and her daughter Camilla were a joy to deal with. Aways prompt with responses to questions and always willing to help out with whatever our needs were. Whether it was a restaurant recommendation or booking a water taxi, they were always there when needed. We were only there for 3 nights, but we left feeling like we had made new friends in addition to finding a great place to stay. I would highly recommend Elisabetta's place if you're looking for a very nice and convenient place to stay as well as wonderful people to deal with.

Truly an amazing experience from arriving at Venice until our departure. The owners not only picked us up at the garage. They actually helped carry our luggage to our apartment.! They showed us a wonderful restaurant and all the things we needed to know about our short stay in Venice. The apartment was very well equipped and in a great location would give it a 10 star if available. Would definitely use again when in Venice amazingpeople great apartment.

Our host greeted us at the train station when we arrived to walk us to tho apartment and even helped with our luggage! We enjoyed our stay in the quiet, conveniently located apartment. There was a piazza around the corner with a market and many restaurant options. The 3Euro pizza slice was delicious, the best pizza we had in Italy. The host and her family reached out to see if we needed anything which was very kind and appreciated. We loved having a washer and dryer and even used the clothes line to hang our clothes out to dry. I highly recommend!

This is a very great place, very clean and accurrate, i would totally recommend this place and revisit again. Elizabbetta the host and her son are wonderfull, they even wait for us at the water taxi station and helped us carry our luggage, explain everything in detail, kept communicating through our stay to ensure we were ok. We loved our stay here! The host Elizabeth was awesome right from the beginning when she met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. The apartment was huge and very accommodating for all six of us. We could tell the apartment had been upgraded/ updated with new bathrooms and kitchen. It had great style in Italian charm!! Our group of six friends has been traveling around ITALY and all agreed this was our favorite place to stay!! Venice was beautiful and amazing but the apartment was definitely a cherry on top.

The best part about this stay is Elisabetta. She takes immense pride in hosting and it's clear by the little details and how she met us at check in to take us to the apartment.The apartment is bright, homey, and comfortable with great amenities and location. Contrary to most Italian holidays, it got chilly at night and we actually had to turn the heat on. Elisabetta was quick to help us with that and checked in on us regularly during our stay. An absolutely wonderful host and apartment. Do not hesitate on booking. My family (two adults and four kids 17-1) was warmly greeted at the train station and given an introduction to Venice and to the apartment. The property was lovely, clean and well located on a charming square with restaurants, bars and a grocery Everything was lovely and quite comfortable what with 2.5 baths! We only wish we had more time to explore. I suppose one day we will have to return.

The hosts went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They had prompt, friendly and informative correspondences leading up to the visit. Mrs. Elisabetta and her son are absolutely AMAZING. They were above and beyond accommodating. They made everything about the arrival, the communication, the transportation, the sites, EVERYTHING easy and great. The house was absolutely comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were large. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were more than enough to accommodate 5 people. House is located around the corner from restaurants and shops.
