About this property

Cosy Apple Tree Cottage in Rural Village Location within walking distance of pub

Cosy cottage full of character in village location but within easy reach of the South Downs, South Coast and trainline to London. 2 pubs within the village, one about 100 yards from the cottage, the other about 10 minutes' walk away, both serving good food and a range of ales. The area is great for walking with plenty of dog friendly walks from the cottage. Warnham is the birthplace of Percy Bysshe Shelley and the local church where he was baptised is just round the corner. In the village there is also a local shop, butcher (serving coffee, breakfast and snacks), gym and hairdressers. There are plenty of National Trust properties nearby as well as Warnham Nature Reserve, Horsham is an historic market town easily accessed by car or bus, with markets on a Thursday and Saturday.
