You'll Never Want to Stay in a Hotel Again !!!

Our clean, warm, & inviting condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, a DVD player and 32' flat screen TV for you to relax with.

The Master Suite which is separated from the other bedrooms a king bed, 32' flat screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has sleeping arrangements consisting of 2 twin beds with a 19' TV.

The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. full size washer, and dryer in unit, just beyond the living room is the lanai for your morning coffee and fresh air.

Amenities Galore here at Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills offers the highest level of comfort for your vacation dollar. The privacy gated Windsor Hills Resort Community caters to the vacationer`s every need!

The spacious clubhouse includes a luxury water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, as well as a zero-entry pool that`s perfect for toddlers. There is also a children`s playground, community grilling area, tennis courts and sand volleyball.

In addition to the many exciting amenities offered by the Windsor Hills Resort, you`ll also find everything you need in your condo to make you feel right at home.

Great family resort!

We loved our stay at Windsor Hills and are already making plans to come back next year. Our children are 7 and 4 and all the amenities were wonderful! I especially appreciate the very reasonable prices for onsite food/beverage/arcade. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo closest to the pool and it was prefect for us. Definitely recommend!

Overall great experience. Welcome staff at the main gate were very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and described prior to arrival right to the tee! Great value and awesome place to stay. Recommend to anyone.

Great property

This rental was fantastic. Close to all attractions. The unit had everything we needed and was close to the pool and the clubhouse. It was very convenient having it on the main floor. We would stay here again!

The whole process was great. The location and amenities were exceptional. Palm tree rentals went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Will definately book all my staysvthrough them. Winsor Hill is a great place to stay.

Musty smell

Very disappointed with the Musty smell in our unit and no security around the resort. Vehicle was intentionally damaged outside our unit. Was told there was nothing they could do. Good location and nice pool.

The condo had good beds and plenty of room, but the air did not work well so we were all hot at night and it had a musty smell. They did provide a fan and It was useful. Great location by the pool, but no so great located across from dumpster so it was very noisy early morning. Condo on first floor and we had smaller kids staying above us so sleeping after 7:30 was impossible.

Never heard of a self catered rental

We travel often and always book a condo or house so that we have an equipped kitchen and place to stay. Cook our own meals and enjoy the quite surrounds opposed to a hotel. The listing states that it’s fully equipped. Yet basically supplies and needs were not given. I’ve never rented a place that didn’t give you an extra roll of toilet paper. Or extra garbage bags. My son got sick in the bathroom and I needed to clean up, I was looking for paper towel and a mop. Never were provided. Upon sending a message to the property manager, they responded it’s a self catered rental. What does that even mean? I’m suppose to bring my own toilet paper on vacation? Maybe if I were camping but I’m staying in a condo. Disappointed that this information was not provided and the listing is not accurate.

Overall stay was good.

The condo had a musty smell and the AC was locked at 72 degrees. The first night was EXTREMELY hot! Contacted the property management and they responded immediately to come and look at the AC. Found them working on it when we returned from the cheer competition. All vents in every room had been closed and it was also not working properly. It was fixed and vents were opened so it was a little cooler for the rest of the stay. .Kitchen was not very equipped and I suggest having pool towels provided. People who travel with suitcases cannot bring their own.

Previous renter leftovers and unclean bedding.

I've stayed at Windsor Hills resort many times with different owners. This is the worst experience I've had. I called before my flight because I was coming in at 1am to see if I could just receive my door code before I arrived and was told no I needed to go to a shopping center drop box and pick up only my envelope out of the drop box, could be other renter that just have to open my envelope and get my door code. (Which he did send me the code to the sketchy location drop box by email) I was pretty mad at 1am just to drive further just to pick up a piece of paper. So I feel he was just trying to get a picture of his renters. Walked in to the smell of mold. Straight to bed but when we looked at our beds the was food on the comforters and hair all in the sheets. (All kinds of hair) Next morning woke up to roached crawling all over leftover food in cabinets and tin bugs all over kitchen counters and table. It was cold so I went to turn on the heater and smoke alarms went off. Called afterhours number and was told the speech about 1st time heater for the year. Which I know. But why did I have to figure out how to climb and turn off alarms. Which some did not even have batteries in. Hair on the walls of shower. Mops and pet beds on top of water heater. As many times as I have stayed at Windosr Hills I have never written a review before.

Good property

Overall it was great experience. We didn’t utilize the kitchen too much but when we did it was start well as far as utensils and plates and cups but no extra trashbags paper towels or toilet paper so bring your own!

Wonderful experience

For the property itself everything was great. Start up supplies were plentiful. The resort needs to get on page with owners. My paperwork states wristbands can be secured to bags for the week and the “General Manager” argued with us. We had Disney plans as well so wearing the bracelet for a week was not ideal and we loved that we could just attach to our pool bag.

Our F LA home away from home

Dealing with Palm Tree Vactions has been a joy on both our trips to F LA.Ian and his stuff are always there to help out with any questions/concerns/advice you may need. The Windsor Hills complex is one of the best we've ever stayed at(and we've been around). The condo is always clean and very well equipped with any/all your vacation needs.The pool area is just amazing. Lots of room for kids to play,along with plenty of chairs for us older folks to just lounger in the sun. Gated community makes you feel so safe.Great area of town also(just west of Disney entrances). From this location you don't have to encounter the Disney traffic if you don't want.Just turn left there are plenty of great eatery/bar locations to enjoy. We will return to this same location as many times as we can.The price for a 2 bedroom plush condo is cheaper than most hotel rooms in the area. Contact me,i could just go on & on with great information about Windsor Hills & Ian and his staff.
