This ideally located Townhome is quiet, comfortable and clean.

Property is located on east side of Sierra Ave. There is about a 2-3 minute walk to the sand.

Located steps from the sand! Private access to the ocean and walking distance to Del Mar Fair racetrack. Free shuttle right across the street to and from the Del Mar Race track/Fairgrounds during race season. Award winning Brigantine seafood and oyster bar just across the street and walking distance many shops, restaurants, Cedros design district and 1/2 block to North beach Del Mar.

Community offers one heated pool, three non-heated pools, spa, tennis courts, tandem gated parking for two cars, fitness center and clubhouse. Also, two private beach access walkways.

Solana Beach is full of great restaurants, bars, and shopping all within a short walking distance. This property borders beautiful Del Mar and the opportunity for fun is endless. This is truly a prime location vacation spot. The Coaster can take you all the way to Santa Barbara or as far south as the US/Mexico border.

One pet permitted per HOA guidelines. Access to the gym and tennis courts do require registration and deposit with HOA. Enjoy all the amenities on both side of the development within this fully gated community. This is truly a prime location for access to the track, beach and local attractions.

We pride ourselves in providing a thoroughly clean and well equipped property for our guests. Additional fees are applied to those with a pet. During our summer and high season months we ask that our guests understand our check in times are firm. 4pm as we want to provide the best quality of service available for each arrival.

This property was lovely, it was spacious and really nicely located. Several options for pools and not crowded. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful, relaxing stay in paradise

Amazing location, spacious home, quiet community. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach and to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved the sunsets! This worked great for working remotely as there is ample work space and good Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again.

This place and location is amazing. Townhome has everything one would need. Cannot beat this location . Felt like a secluded oasis. Sommer was great to work with. We will be back!!!

Perfect condo in a great location!

We spent a week here and it was our first time in the area. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook, bake and clean. The location has great tennis courts and a nice pool and hot tub in the community. We could walk to several beaches and the shopping district was close. Close to everything we wanted to do. The host was quick on communication and very helpful. We will come back again!

nice condo, great location

This property is spacious and well appointed, Beds very comfortable, kitchen amenities appreciated. Beautiful flowers and shrubs in the complex. Easy to walk our dog. Beach is right across the street and is dog friendly. Stairs from parking to the condo are fairly steep. We moved our car to the street to get the numerous bags loaded when we departed. We left CA 30 years ago for the NC beaches. Surprised at how populated and developed the area was. That being said... We enjoyed our stay and the nice restaurants nearby.

Great stay in Solana Beach

We decided to take a break and head down to SoCal from the SF Bay Area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit in Solana Beach. The unit was well appointed, with sufficient internet access for the family to work remotely. It's a short walk to the beach, which is beautiful and dog friendly, and not too far to the handful of restaurants and shops in town. The host, Sommer, was super responsive and accommodating. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

ADA Compliance

This property complex is not ADA compliant. I am disabled and was surprised to learn this upon arrival. I thought all businesses were required this by law. It was also very hot with only 2 floor fans. My son called to request more fans but was denied request. Do not recommend.

Great beach condo across street from beach

Sommer was a wonderful host! Her condo is located within a wonderful community that has private access to Solana Beach (also a dog beach). The condo had a wonderful layout that allowed for family dinner gatherings and movie nights along with areas (bedrooms are upstairs) that allowed for privacy - including teenagers who like to sleep in till 11 ;-) The condo was within walking distance to several restaurants, a convenience store, the beach and Fletcher Cover (super kid friendly). Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo at DMBC!

This newly renovated condo was perfect for our family of five! It was nice and clean and had everything we needed: beach towels and chairs, board games, upstairs A/C and we love the extra touch of bottled water and various snacks! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice large rooms and the master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on outside my own house. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, appliances and basic spices for cooking. Hosts were very responsive to emails, phone number listed is wrong. Unit is part of a large complex further from the beach than photos suggest, but just a 5 min walk to overlook the beach. The area was nice, clean and 5 min drive from any shopping we needed to do. Large washer and dryer were nice to have. We had 6 people and very happy with our stay here and would highly recommend to others. Only suggestion would be brighter lighting in some rooms and access to a broom and dustpan to clean up after ourselves better. Thanks again!

Great Family Location

Took the wife and kids on a small weekend trip. My wife chose this beach house out of many. And as always, she knew best! The apartment and it's rooms were well furnished. Our kids are teenagers and even they enjoyed the place! We toured the race tracks one street over and spend all Saturday on the beach. The community was kids friendly, there were many families to interact with. We plan on returning in May of 2018 and have already recommended this place to some friends!

Girls Weekend Done Right

Some girlfriends and I went for a all girls Labor Day weekend to San Diego. Booked this elegant and clean beach house. It was very large, well decorated and modern. It's the perfect beach community, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and sporty activities.

A few buddies and I wanted to start the summer break off right. Booked this location after debated over a few others. Best decision! Location has a private entrance to Solana Beach. We partied the night away at nearby bars and clubs. Even toured the race tracks one street away from the apartment. The living area was very modern and well furnished.
