VILLA ZARBO DI MARE ON THE ROCKS FIRST FLOOR

Beautiful apartment in a villa located in one of the best known and most beautiful tourist areas of Sicily, an ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday in contact with nature and in absolute tranquility not far from the Zingaro Reserve, a well-known marine natural oasis.
The house, located on the first floor of a splendid Mediterranean-style villa consisting of completely independent ground and first floors, totally renovated in 2013, consists of a large living room with dining area and relaxation area with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed , bedroom with two small beds that can be joined to form another double bed, bathroom with large shower, second bathroom with shower, independent kitchen connected to the living room, large hallway. The house has two entrances, one in the living area and a second in the sleeping area.
All the rooms have large windows that overlook four large covered verandas that surround the house. The two larger verandas are equipped with outdoor furniture (dining area and relaxation area) that allow you to dine and relax outdoors while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The interior and exterior furnishings are elegant and well cared for and all rooms are air conditioned.
The house has a large garden for exclusive use with tall trees and Mediterranean plants in which there is a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The house is a true paradise for sea lovers, in fact directly from the property through a private gate you can access the sea.
About 2.5 kilometers from the house is the town of San Vito Lo Capo (easily reachable by bicycle) with its splendid beach and numerous restaurants and clubs.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and had a wonderful time. Bruno was lovely - bringing us very naughty doughnuts from a local bakery. The location is beautiful and peaceful and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Would definitely return.

Fantastic view and kindest host

From start to finish the stay in the apartment was fantastic. the apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The host Bruno is very kind and extremely helpful. We can still taste the sweet cookies we got in the morning. It was very nice. But of all things, the view from the balcony is the most beautiful. it was impossible to move at all, just look at the sea .... Unfortunately we only spent 4 days so we would like to come back. Thank you Bruno!

The end of the road (sort of)

This was our first trip to Sicily. We were on the island for nearly a month. This property was our last stop. And it was a perfect respite from the glorious chaos that is Sicily. A serene setting overlooking the Golfo del Castellamare. That view is splendid. The home is clean and comfortable. San Vito lo Capo is a charming little town. But it’s far from everywhere else. So be aware of the distance. Otherwise, what a stunning part of Sicily! The natural beauty of this area is breathtaking. We spent hours in silence, astounded by nature. Well worth a visit.

Grazie a questa casa meravigliosa, è stata per me è la mia famiglia una vacanza indimenticabile. La casa è bellissima, molto curata sia al suo interno, che all’esterno (giardino ampio e curato) Impagabile la vista: panorama sul golfo molto suggestivo, offre uno spettacolo naturale diverso ad ogni momento del giorno, dall’alba al tramonto, notte compresa con luna e cielo stellato. L’accesso diretto al mare dalla scogliera offre la possibilità di bagni e immersioni in comodità. Soprattutto…squisita l’ospitalità del signor Bruno, attento e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità o consiglio. Questa casa è magica, ti entra nel cuore!

Wunderschönes Haus zwischen San Vito und Lo Zingaro

Ein fantastisches Haus direkt am Meer. Wir hatten die Wohnung in der 1. Etage mit rundum laufendem Balkon. Der Blick aufs Meer, die Berge und Lo Zingaro ist einzigartig. Direkter Zugang zum Meer über die Klippen. Der Vermieter Bruno ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles verlief völlig unkompliziert. Die Fotos entsprechen der Beschreibung, in Natura ist alles jedoch noch schöner.. Hinweis: Ohne Auto ist die Unterbringung nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, daauf die Schnelle bzw. zu Fuß kaum etwas erreichbar ist.

Ottima esperienza

L’appartamento è locato in posizione ideale, a poca distanza da San Vito lo Capo, ma in una zona che garantisce massima riservatezza e tranquillità. La casa ha accesso diretto al mare (ma su scogli) e un panorama invidiabile. Purtroppo siamo stati solo 3 giorni e non abbiamo potuto godere a pieno di tutti i servizi dell’appartamento e del giardino. Rachela e Bruno sono stati estremamente disponibili e premurosi, aiutandoci anche a prenotare un giro in barca prima del nostro arrivo in paese, e fornendoci suggerimenti per i ristoranti, lo shopping etc…

Perfect house for a week with a family in Sicily

Zum wiederholtenMal sind wir für mehrere Tage in dieser Unterkunft gewesen. Morgens ein herrlicher Blick auf's Meer von der großen Terrasse aus. Danach ein Sprung ins Wasser. Aber Achtung! Eine kleine Herausforderung wartet, wenn Mann ins Meer möchte. Der Zugang und der Ein -und Ausstieg ist für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet. Vom Vermieter würden wir mit Wein und Gebäck überrascht. Dass war wunderbar.

Wunderbar gelegene Villa

Ein direkt am Meer gelegenes Ferienhaus. Der Blick über das Meer aus der oberen Etage ist tatsächlich wunderbar. Auf dem umlaufenden Balkon findet sich für jedes Wetter und jeden Sonnenstand die passende Sitzgelegenheit. Die Inneneinrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Wir waren im Haus aber eigendlich nur zum Schlafen. Der felsige Zugang zum Meer ist für kleine Kinder und Behinderte nicht geeignet. Wenn der Wellengang es zuließ, war das Schwimmen und Tauchen im klaren Wasser traumhaft. Das nahegelegenen San Vito lo Capo ist ein Urlaubsort mit vielen Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem schönem Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

"Zweifamilienhaus" absolut empfehlenswert

Im Objekt 1174884 haben wir die Wohnung im Obergeschoß des Anwesens bewohnt. Darunter befindet sich eine weitere (völlig abgetrennte) Wohnung. Das oberste Stockwerk (nur über Treppe erreichbar, daher für Behinderte nur eingeschränkt empfehlenswert) hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Des Weiteren kann eine Außendusche genutzt werden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Und auch ganz praktisch, da im zweiten Bad nur ein Duschvorhang montiert ist (dann spart man sich die austretende Nässe dort); und natürlich ein herrliches Erlebnis in der sizilianischen Sommerhitze! Der Zugang zum Meer ist für Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Badeschuhen über die auf den Bildern ersichtlichen Klippen problemlos möglich, für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet. Gute Schwimmfähigkeiten sind Grundvoraussetzung, da man dort nie stehen kann. Das Haus liegt zwischen dem gut besuchten und touristisch komplett erschlossenen San Vito lo Capo und dem Naturschutzgebiet Zingaro. Zum Besuch des letzteren (Zingaro) empfehlen wir unbedingt die frühen Morgenstunden, da man dann die Strände noch z.T. menschenleer vorfindet. In San Vito schöner Sandstrand, jedoch nahezu komplett beschirmt und bestuhlt. Außerdem findet man in San Vito alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt, Restaurants aller Preisklassen, Supermärkte, Fischgeschäft am Hafen (od. frühmorgens bei den Fischer direkt an der Mole) u.v.m. Noch ein herzlicher Dank an unseren sehr liebenswerten Vermieter Bruno, der immer mit Rat und Tat (auch bei unseren schwachen Italienisch-Kenntnisse) zur Verfügung stand und uns auch mit Leckereien aus einer ortsansässigen Pasticceria versorgte. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch ein mobiles WLAN zur Verfügung gestellt. Rundherum kann man nur ein "unbedingt empfehlenswert" attestieren. Grazie mille, Bruno, e arrivederci!

Indimenticabile!

Un'atmosfera fantastica, dei profumi meravigliosi, una vista mozzafiato..l'ideale per staccare la spina dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni!! La villa è pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort per una vacanza indimenticabile. Il padrone di casa, Bruno, è una persona speciale: disponibile, simpatica e gentile..ottima guida locale. Bellissima casa

Abbiamo trascorso delle vacanze bellissime nella casa di Bruno. La villetta affacciata sul mare con accesso diretto alla scogliera e una vista indimenticabile. La meravigliosa spiaggia di San Vito è raggiungibile in macchina in pochi minuti e così anche i negozi e i servizi del paese. L'appartamento è nuovo, funzionale, pulito e arredato con gusto. Il padrone di casa è stato molto ospitale e gentile con noi per tutta la vacanza, indicandoci i luoghi più belli da visitare e facendoci assaggiare alcune delle specialità del posto. Una casa incantevole!

Sette giorni meravigliosi passati tra sole, mare e "profumo di cous cous"!! Casa molto accogliente, pulita, attrezzata di tutto e .... una vista mare che toglie il fiato! Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Die Lage des Hauses ist schon einzigartig. Zum Frühstück draussen gehörte der Blick aufs Meer und die malerische Küste und nachmittags auf der Rückseite des Hauses der Blick auf den nahen Monte Monaco dazu. Der nur wenige Kilometer entfernte Naturpark Zingaro lädt zu wunderschönen Wanderungen ein und der lange Sandstrand von San Vito ist auch in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter, Bruno, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere flugbedingte späte Ankunft nach Mitternacht war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir wurden auch zu später Stunde von Bruno sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir können das Haus und seinen Vermieter sehr empfehlen.
