C & C Sunset Villa!

Welcome to our beautiful fully equipped holiday villa with the most amazing views and great sunsets. Modern built in 2024 have 3 bedroom, 2+1bathroom all the bedrooms with large glass patio doors with access on to balconies where one can enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains, ocean and sunsets.
Look at our fantastic kitchen & dining room with great big windows were while you cooking you can enjoy the scenery right from there and then.

As a self-catering Villa we have personally through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of a home from home.
A fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer machine.

Our villa is a perfect place to relax having your own private swimming pool, off road parking and outside BBQ area with garden furniture.

This Villa is located in the best quiet, calm, peaceful residential area in Arco da Calheta. Within a few minutes drive for all shops including: local supermarkets, bank, restaurants, chemist, hairdresser, etc. Within 10 minute drive there are big supermarkets, hospital and clinics, dentists, hotels, marina with sandy beaches and boats for big game fishing or surfing. A fantastic views and paragliding school further down side the village, and also lots of hikings nearby .
