- Great Room - 2-stories, SmartTV, 2 large sofas including queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)
- Queen-size bedroom (sleeps 2) with TV and which is attached to the full bath with double vanities and step-in shower with bench
- Bunk Room (sleeps 3) with TV, with twin bunk-beds, single twin and roll-away bed

- One-level easy living for the oldest and youngest family members. The queen sleeper sofa in the family room can accommodate an additional two guests.

- Watch the sun rise over the Bay from the sun/moon deck

- One of the most dog friendly beaches in the U.S. - you can walk them on the beach anytime 24/7 for 365 days of the year, just keep them on a leash and scoop the poop
