This beautiful remodeled condo is in the heart of Sunrise at Bear Mountain. The designer kitchen has heated porcelain tile floor, featuring granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The main focal point in the living room is a massive stacked stone fireplace with a smart flat screen Hi-Definition 50" TV on the mantel. The two bathrooms also feature heated porcelain tile floors and stand alone vanity sinks. Recently both baths got new tile enclosures & rain shower heads. The guest bath features a air jetted/jacuzzi tub. Brand new luxury carpet with ultra-padding; hotel luxury towels; nothing has been overlooked to make this ski on/ski off property a special vacation place. This condo is truly set apart from others in the area.
Located within the heart of the Sunrise Community at Bear Mountain in Killington, this is a TRUE ski on/ski off location. Simply walk out the door, across the parking lot (30 second walk) and you’re at the Sunrise ski trail which takes you to the Sunrise lift. Enjoy unlimited access to the Sunrise Health Club with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna and fitness center. During the winter, enjoy snowmobiling, ski on/ski off access, ice skating, cross country skiing and snow shoeing right outside your door. Enjoy the Sunrise Café during winter months. During the summer, enjoy the beautifully maintained tennis courts located within the Sunrise community, hiking, mountain biking, two premier golf courses and much, much more

I own the adjoining unit so if you want to vacation with another family you will be next to each other but have your own separate space. The other unit if available is #1847126 which you can enter into the VRBO search bar. Or you can email me to see if it is available.

Please note the ski on - ski off trail/lift typically opens around the New Year plus or minus a week thru the 1st weekend in April. Since it is weather dependent NO refunds will be given if it is not open. Over the years I have seen the lift open as early as the Friday before Christmas & as late as MLK weekend. Again NO refunds will be given if the lift is closed & you will need to drive to an open base lodge.


Club House Hours:
Winter Season - The Saturday before Thanksgiving thru Mid April. Hours 9AM-9PM 7days per week. The outdoor hot tub is open but the outdoor pool is closed

Summer Season - Open from Memorial Day thru Columbus Day weekend (weather dependent). Hours 7:30AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri. Only the gym & workout area is open during the summer plus the outdoor pools

The Clubhouse is a 2 min drive down the road with a indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness areas & lockers.

Additionally after Bear Mountain opens Killington runs a shuttle service to all the base lodges from the Sunrise Clubhouse - 2 min ride from the condo

We had a great stay for our ski weekend at Killington. It's a true ski on/ski off so we didn't have to deal with parking at the mountain. The condo is small, but has everything you would need.

Fantastic ski weekend

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Killington and the condo was perfect. Incredibly clean and cozy, the location was ideal and the space was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teen boys). We had plenty of snow, and it was great to build a fire in the fireplace at the end of the day. Rec center was great too! Outdoor hot tub was a big hit and the Cafe was great for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect ski getaway

This condo was perfect for my family of four! It was stocked with everything you could need and the home owner was very hospitable and attentive. The ski on/off feature made the whole experience so convenient. The indoor pool/hot tub and gym down the street were nice perks. I would highly recommend this condo!

Family ski trip

We do an annual family ski trip to Killington. This place was perfect for us. We have three teenagers and the ski in ski out was ideal. We loved the fire place in the evenings while we watch movies. Perfectly cozy and had everything we needed. Very clean and great communication. Would love to stay here again!

Our family stayed here for a work / play get away. The unit is very nicely appointed with everything you need. Super cozy home, with very tasteful renovations. The linens and towels were especially nice. Easy access to ski slope, literally steps from the unit. Skied both weekend and week days, felt like we were the only ones on the mountain. Looking forward to staying here again!
