The property’s central location makes it easy to explore the entire island.



Guest Essentials Important Information



Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£40) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£200) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)



Pets: Up to 3 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.



Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger; use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

No stag or hen parties.

No smoking or vaping indoors.

Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels)

Please respect the property and neighbours during your stay. A breach of these rules may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. The kitchen has everything to cook a festive dinner in. We had the log burner on for the day which was great. Would definitely stay again.

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs. Modern kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc and cooking utensils. Very large garden (one of the reasons we choose Dassia due to three dogs). Property is in a good location for travelling in any direction on the Isle of Wight, with good links to Island road network. Towels etc provided were good quality. Second toilet separate to bathroom. Shower facilities more that adequate (Lovely waterfall effect with good eater pressure). Parking for 3 cars with room for another if needs be. Lovely neighbors giving some suggestions on where to go. Bridle path opposite the property gave easy access to local walking around Parkhurst Forest. IGNORE the name 'Pigsty Farm' opposite the property - this is NOT a Pig Farm as initial assumptions might bring.
