Newly renovated cottage with lake views and a private terrace, nestled in a beautiful garden and centrally located. The perfect base for exploring and enjoying Lake Como.
Private pool in the garden. Dimensions: 7 x 3 meters.
Shared with guests of another apartment.
With private parking and just a short walk from the center of Argegno, where you'll find the boat and bus stops and excellent restaurants!
It boasts breathtaking lake views and is located in a quiet area within a lake-view garden, yet close to the town center.
The cottage features a living area with a double sofa bed for two. The sofa bed has a quality 19 cm mattress, providing excellent comfort.
There's also a single sofa bed. A cot can be added for a small child.
There's a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as two private terraces with a table, chairs, and outdoor sofas.
The gardens, equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers, are for shared use.
Other units within the main villa on the same property can also be rented for large groups.
