We are located in via Giusti, a side street of via Piave, just 400 meters from the sea. The Zona del Paese Nuovo is the right compromise between tranquility and proximity to services and the sea. Here there is no difficulty in parking, we find various shops for basic necessities and the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center is Conad City which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
In via Giusti n.3 B, studio apartment located on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a single room where we find a double bed, a single bed + a pull-out bed and bathroom (without window) with shower.

EQUIPMENT: induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, small dishwasher, TV, washing machine, air conditioning.
