This beautiful location has 2 bedrooms. 1 large bath, and sleeps 6. One room has a king bed and the other two queen sized beds. There is a futon available to make room for other guests. There is a fire place available to keep you warm and cozy on cool nights, beautiful walking trails, and you can stargaze from the heated spa!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and the pool was a real highlight. Communication was prompt and easy, and check-in was smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The place was wonderful, we really enjoyed the hosts, and we had an excellent time, especially in the pool! We didn't realize when we booked it that we would be staying on the first floor of the hosts' house, but Beverly and her family were so sweet and gracious! The trails on the property were a fun plus too!

Our stay with "Down on the Farm" was great!! Miss Beverly is a wonderful host! The property is beautiful; exactly as described on the site. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry were fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The pool area is a wonderful oasis with beautiful attention to details that guest will appreciate. I wish we could have had more time to explore the walking trails on the property but maybe next time....Highly recommended stay!

The place was like finding a rare gem. Our host Beverly couldn’t have been nicer! The pool and hot tub exceeded our expectations and we loved life on the farm. Our fire pit was much appreciated too. Very convenient to Athens-Go Dawgs!! Can’t wait to come back.

We Loved The Farm

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The host was amazing and we never wanted for anything. Most of our time was relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub. It was a great few days away!

Amazing

Everything about the property was exactly as listed. Pictures do not do justice for this beautiful place. My family and I had an amazing time. Very relaxing and peaceful at the property. We will be back!
