Spacious and close to Train

Plenty of space for our large group and clean. Only spent 1 night since we had an early train the next day. Beds were not very comfortable and 1 was actually an air mattress sitting on a bed frame. No A/C in this apartment and it was very hot that day so we didn't use blankets at night. Otherwise, easy to check in and out and convenient to train station.

Host was great, responsive and allowed us to check in early for an addl fee. Apartment was basic but clean. It was extremely hot on the night we stayed, so very uncomfortable even with fans, to be expected though with no AC. The second bed in the one room was an air mattress which was disappointing. Parking is not convenient. While there are spots, you have to pay and it is so busy it’s almost impossible to get a spot. We waited and watched for almost an hr before we got anything. Overall met our needs for one night.

Communication on our stay was awful. No check in instructions were ever sent. When I contacted the host the day of our arrival she let us know that she wasn't available to let us into the apartment, even though she'd known all day that she couldn't host us. No effort had been made to contact us when she knew there was a problem. She arranged for an alternate place to stay but it wasn't ready for us to check in until midnight.

Proche de la gare de Milan centrale, et d’un bon restaurant qualité prix cet appartement est idéal pour un court séjour. Nous n’avions par contre pas d’eau chaude (évier lavabo et douche) et n’avons pas pu prévenir notre hôte car étions arrivés tardivement (22h15) sans supplément et repartions à 7 h00 le lendemain…très bon emplacement et très bon Acceuil
