If you are ready for an incredible beach vacation on the Gulf of Mexico, look no further than this Majestic Sun 704A vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort! This two-bedroom 7th-floor deluxe condo features some of the most breathtaking views of the beach you can find, from all common areas and the master suite. Watch the sunset from the private balcony or stroll over the boardwalk and put your toes in the sugar white sands.


As you enter this incredible vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen that's been newly remodeled as of June 2018 with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, a breakfast bar, and a beautiful living room that leads to the private balcony with full beach views. The master suite offers a luxurious king-size bed, balcony access, an HDTV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin-size beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. The living room also offers a queen-size sofa sleeper. This condo conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit. With room for up to 6 guests, this deluxe condo is ideal for a beach getaway or a family trip to the Gulf Coast!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect-sized unit for us and our two kids with a great view of the gulf and easy access to pool, beach and nearby dining all within walking distance. The check in and out process was very easy. We did have some confusion on beach chairs that were noted to be with unit, they were broken and it took us a bit to figure out there was a nearby office to visit for such things. We ended up just buying a couple and leaving them there but now we know for next time (and yes, we would definitely rent this unit again!)

Great condo

Great condo and just what we were looking for. Only feedback would be to update some of the furniture. The king size mattress in the master definitely needs to be replaced. It is very worn and huge indentions with no support.. And the recliner in the living room is very worn, discolored and uncomfortable as well. Several lamps were torn too. The kitchen was great! Overall great location and perfect for the four of us.

Nice but needs updating

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and I loved the full sized washer and dryer. My cons, needs updating, especially the bathrooms and there is a broken lounge chair on the patio that needs to be thrown away (looks like it’s been sitting there, broken, for a while). There was no remote for the living room tv which brought back memories, as children, when we had to get up and manually turn in/off tv, raise/lower volume and change channels. I guess we are spoiled by having remotes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Majestic Sun (despite a little more rain than we’d hoped)! Perfect location and so much to do close by! Loved sitting on the balcony people watching. Description of property was accurate and was clean! Needs a vacuum and/or bigger broom for all the sand ;). There were only 2 chairs so we bought two and left them there. It sleeps 6 but we had 4 so more chairs were needed. I had to contact the property and they were very helpful and replied so fast to my questions. The only thing that bugged me was that the building said non-smoking and since we were on the balcony so much we ALWAYS had smoke blowing from other units right in our face. Lots of weed TOO 🤪 Definitely not a huge deal breaker but I had to go inside a few times. Absolutely will go back again! My teens LOVED it too! Great place to stay!

704A Majestic Sun

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Majestic Sun. There was a keypad for entry x multiple luggage racks for moving in and the people we met in the building were very nice. There are also three elevators in the building so there was never a wait for one. Our condo overlooked the beach and had easy access. It face the south so we never had direct sunlight which made the condo cool all day long. There is a coffee pot not a K-Cup but it has a reusable filter. Be sure to bring your ground coffee. We walked our chairs down to the beach and got our spot at around 6:30 a.m. in the morning and enjoy the whole day on the beach reading and people watching. The master bed is very soft but the twin beds are firmer and very comfortable to sleep on. The condo also has Wi-Fi and cable. Parking is in a garage so your car was always cool when you went to leave. The pool is also in the shade so if you've had a little too much sun it's kind of nice to be able to get out of it. I would definitely go back to Majestic Sun we had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The welcoming part was the worst, very rude and disrespectful security at the entrance it was my whole family wife son 19 son 17 daughter 7 son, as a Hispanic I try to avoid the word(racist) but on this case it was obvious I call the number that rented me the place and I was told he is like that and they have a lot of complaints about this issue but can’t do anything????? Not telling how dirty,old and deteriorating the room was... I have pics to prove it if anyone needs them...... this was our third time at this place... for sure the last one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Majestic Sun nearly every year and it never disappoints! We absolutely love this place!! When we arrived, the TVs in the bedrooms were not working, but I sent a text, and within minutes there was a man at our door fixing the problems! Very impressed with their promptness and amazing customer service! As for the result, it is definitely as pictured. I consider it to be very outdated, but we had read that in the reviews and didn’t mind at all. There were only 5 washcloths and 8 towels provided for my family of 5, so I did go buy a pack of washcloths to keep from doing laundry every day. Keep that in mind when packing! Also, when listing complimentary items provided for your stay, it mentioned laundry detergent, but there wasn’t any provided to us. Just keep that in mind, as well! The walls in the master bathroom were dirty, but the rest of the condo was clean. Overall, we had a great stay and the very best week!! Despite those couple of things mentioned, we’d stay in A704 again!

The relaxation I needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin Palms was responsive and helpful with this rental experience. The unit (Majestic Sun, 704A) actually was a pleasant surprise. I had rented it on short notice when I just felt the need to go to the beach and it was the only unit available at the time. The pictures showed the furniture and master bed in pretty sad shape but I decided we could make do. The most recent reviews were not great for the same reasons, so I had very low expectations. I was really excited to find new living room furniture and what must have been a new mattress and bedding in the master bedroom. The master bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Any other issues with the decor were minor and didn’t affect our enjoyment. The only complaint I had was a lack of seating on the balcony. I called Destin Palms, who contacted the owner but no seating was supplied while we were there. As I told Destin Palms, we were using the dining room chairs for balcony seating...not ideal. Otherwise the view from the large balcony was wonderful. The large indoor/outdoor heated pool was ideal. I was even able to swim laps in it when it wasn’t too busy. Umbrella and chair rentals surfside made the beach more relaxing and enjoyable. The stay was just what I needed. I’ll be back to Majestic Sun.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi everyone, we stayed there the end of Sept 2020 and the other reviews were spot on. The master bed NEEDS replaced, The sofa bed needs updated, there is mold growing on the ceiling in the master bath, and the towel rack comes right off the wall. The management office was great though. Normal checkout is 1000 so plan you return flight accordingly unless you pay $75 for a late checkout. The free perks are nice, although we didnt use them. Book through and do it early!

Good location to beach

Unfortunately the cleanliness of this place was nothing short of subpar. Everything had a stain. EVERYTHING. From the couch to the curtains to the bed spread. I’m not sure who the owner of this property is but you can tell they really don’t care about it. The walls were damaged, The floor was sticky. The pictures definitely do not show you how the place really is. Left after the first day. Had no contact with any property manger when called. Never received a call back. Will not be revisiting this property.

More like a hotel room than vacation home

This was a nice clean place, but felt more like a hotel room than a vacation home. For the price we paid, the furniture was on the shabby side. The king mattress was so worn, my husband and I had to trade sides of the bed because he felt he was “sleeping in a hole.” Mold in the bathroom ceiling had been painted over and was flaking, Loose towel rack (fell off the wall) and burned out light bulbs. Nothing to interfere with our stay, but not the quality I expected. It was clean and location was good. The kids loved the indoor pool but I probably won’t stay in this unit again.

One little thing that removed a star

Everything was great, and considering we were late getting in that night the management went above an beyond making sure we could get into our room. My only complaint, which others have stated too, is that the thermostat could not go below 72 degrees, otherwise the unit would freeze and not work. So, while the thermostat did not go below 72 degrees, I can guarantee you, that was NOT 72 degrees in the room. It felt closer to 79/80. And considering how hot/muggy it was outside, it wasn't refreshing to come back inside, let alone sleep at night.

Mid June 2019

Everything was great except for the furniture. The mattress in the master bedroom is worn out, you sink into the bed while the middle seems to inflate. The recliner is very dirty we had to put a sheet to cover it. The twin beds in the second bedroom are very uncomfortable and squeaky.

Booked last minute due to being scammed on a condo in Panama City.Majestic Sun in Mirimar Beach was nothing short of amazing. We will definitely be staying here on our next beach trip. Very quiet and cozy even with it being 4th of July weekend and lots of people around. Truly a family friendly place.

Great...except A/C

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After booking was advised of a 72 degree minimum for AC. When vacationing in Florida in August I want to be comfortable and 72 is too warm. Would neve have rented if I knew this was a rule. We do not spend a lot of money to go vacation to ne told we cannot adjust AC to a comfortable temp especially when sleeping.
