I've never experienced anything like this before. The driveway was blocked when we came, and when the neighbor moved his car and we walked in, nothing was ready. Beds were unmade, bathrooms were used and messy. Nothing really more to say. I did receive a full refund in the end, but very disappointing, especially since we had been in contact with the host and had booked well in advance. We promptly left and ended up scrambling to go elsewhere.
