The apartment is located in Canonmills, with many cafes, shops and restaurants on the doorstep, and it`s only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, the stockbridge markets and the beautiful Botanic Gardens.

10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Bus stop also a 2 minute walk, and 10 minute walk to tram stop. 15 minutes to Stockbridge, where you’ll find lots of cafés, shops, pubs and restaurants. Only a 10 minute walk to The Botanic Gardens. There is a supermarket right across the road from the apartment, as well as another around the corner. There are also many cafés, restaurants and pubs a short walk away. We would be happy to share the names of some of our favourite ones. Just get in touch.
Many bus routes giving you access to many parts of town including direct access to the town centre and princes street, the royal mile and the grassmarket. 10 minute walk to the tram. Due to being in a residential block, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
