Huis is gelegen aan een doorgaande straat met regelmatig verkeer. De accommodatie is geheel gelijkvloers (vanaf het straatniveau ga je wel eerst een trp op) en heeft een diepe achtertuin, maar helaas geen tuinmeubilair daar. Locatie is prima om van daar uit het eiland verder te ontdekken. et een kwartier rijden ben je in Ponta Delgada, de hoofdstad.

Beau panorama de la terrasse en haut mais plein de coquerelles dans la maison et à l'extérieur, odeur de poison à coquerelles dans toute la maison, moisissure sur les murs de la cuisine et du salon , climatisation en panne dans le salon, climatisation fonctionnelle dans la chambre, mais à cause de la condensation, de l'eau coule du plafond, près du lit. L’Internet ne fonctionnait pas. Le jardin est mal entretenu. Autrement dit, c’est très difficile de vivre dans de telles conditions.
