Super close to beach and restaurants, nice apartment

We were not the 1st time in Cecina but it was our 1st time in this apartment. Everything you need for a nice holiday was there. It was clean, nice view fron the balcony and the size of the apartment is great. I also had contact with the owner, a friendly person. There was a nice bottle of wine as a present. We loved it. Only one thing: for our feeling the beds are a little bit too hard. The garage is suitable for small cars. I appreciate it that the owner gave valid information in this case. We are looking forward to booking it again. Thank you!

All apartments should be as good as Rossetti 3!Check-in was easy with clear instructions. Easy access with only one flight of stairs. Apartment was clean, bright and spacious. Extremely well provisioned and ample room for hanging clothing and lots of drawers and shelves for storing items. Balcony off main room and dining area faces ocean and was ideal. Nice bath counter for toiletries. Shower was great. Kitchen is small but had practically everything needed, and even had dishwasher. Large dining table and living room was spacious with comfortable furniture. The garage was a super bonus and convenience and perfect for parking our two scooters. Host was very responsive to questions and helpful. The only issue we had was the noise from the adjacent gelateria/bar who played loud music and sometimes had raucous patrons. Shutting windows helped but you would lose the cooling breezes. We stayed at Rossetti for three weeks and loved our time. Because there was a pre-existing booking for the last two weeks of our five week holiday in Marina di Cecina, we had to book another apartment and the difference was stark, as the second apartment didn’t have close to the same amenities, provisions and good host. So, all in all, 99% great and 1% not so great. Can’t beat that and as I said, all apartments should be this good but usually are not. I highly recommend this apartment for a holiday!

Grazie di cuore per questa splendida e dettagliatissima recensione! ❤️ Siamo davvero felici di sapere che avete apprezzato così tanto il Rossetti 3 e che durante le vostre tre settimane a Marina di Cecina vi siate sentiti a casa, è una bellissima soddisfazione per noi!😊 Sapere che avete trovato l’appartamento pulito, luminoso, spazioso e ben fornito, e che avete apprezzato particolarmente il balcone vista mare, il garage e tutti i piccoli comfort, ci fa davvero molto piacere. Ci dispiace invece per il rumore proveniente dal locale vicino. Purtroppo è un aspetto che non dipende direttamente da noi, ma comprendiamo perfettamente quanto possa essere fastidioso, soprattutto quando si desidera godere delle finestre aperte e della piacevole brezza del mare. È stato un vero piacere ospitarvi e siamo felici che abbiate scelto il Rossetti 3 per una parte così importante della vostra vacanza. Grazie ancora per averci scelto, per le vostre belle parole e per aver consigliato il nostro appartamento.
