Resort Style Luxury Condo - Golf Paradise!

Bonita National is a new luxurious gated community surrounded by acres of walking trails, wildlife and lakes and approximately 20 min. to FT-Myers airport, and to Old Historic Naples and third street, home to boutiques and the finest restaurants you could desire. Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Beaches are also approximately 12 min. away.
Bonita National is a community mostly known for it’s championship course witch offers 18 challenging holes. You can find a fabulous Clubhouse with a dining room and a bar and grille room overlooking the courses and exquisite lake.
The community offers main resort style pool, a hot tub, lighted tennis courts, spa and an excellent fitness center. A driving range and putting and pitching greens are also offered.
Full Golf membership is available with this rental and included in price.
The condo itself is a beautifully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, magnificent living room with dining room, kitchen, kitchen-dinette, laundry, den and lanai.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Another bathroom is adjacent to the guest room. There is a convertible sofa in the den. The large flat screen TV is in the living room and master bedroom.
The unit is fully equipped with amenities for the kitchen and linens for your stay. You only need to bring suitcase and personals and then enjoy your stay.
When you are seated in the lanai, you have a nice western view on the 1st fairway of the course, lake and the clubhouse. View sunsets every evening from the lanai
This is a very nice condo to relax and have a good time.

Winter Stay 2019

We had a great experience in this condo during the winter of 2019. Stayed here for the months of January and February. This condo is much better decorated than is shown on this website. The furniture is very comfortable. There is also very comfortable seating on the patio overlooking the golf course which is a great place to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen items. The condo is an end unit and the floor plan includes an extra room with a sleeper sofa. Great TV in the family room and bedroom and solid internet connection. Heated swimming pool is nearby. Great golf course but does use the Chelsea booking system which takes some time to understand and use. Highly recommend this condo for anyone trying to avoid cold winter weather!

Our stay in Florida during the month of February was extremely comfortable while Florida was setting records for high temperatures. Accommodations were as advertised and without any problems.

What makes this property unique

The condo is the largest style condo at Bonita National located in the terrace buildings. It is an end unit so has more natural light. It is located on the 1st fairway and has a western view for amazing sunsets. The condo is located nearby to the main clubhouse, resort style pool, tennis, gym and fitness. It is also located next to a smaller, private pool for a more quiet experience.
