A 600-meter wander down the hill to Holcombe Beach and the South West Coast Path along the scenic South Devon Railway sea wall.

The Space
Clementine Cottage is a beautifully refurbished four-bedroom retreat in Holcombe, South Devon, offering coastal comfort and a touch of contemporary charm. Sleeping up to seven guests, this beautifully renovated cottage combines character with modern comfort. Enjoy a wood-burning stove, a new whirlpool hot tub for 2026, a refurbished sun lounge, a games room, and a generous outdoor space. It's an ideal base for families and friends looking to explore the coast, countryside, and nearby Dartmoor.

Just 600 metres down the hill, Holcombe Beach and the South West Coast Path lead to scenic walks along the coast and sea wall towards Teignmouth.

Up to two dogs or three smaller dogs are welcome.

The Space

Clementine Cottage is a four-bedroom retreat offering spacious, comfortable accommodation throughout. The open-plan living area centres around a wood burner, with double doors opening onto a terrace with outdoor dining and a barbecue. The well-equipped kitchen features an island bar and opens into a dining area that seats eight.

The games room includes a pool table, a PS4, an Xbox One, a Wii, and a selection of board games. A dedicated workspace and free Wi-Fi are available for guests who need to stay connected.

On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a super-king bed and an en-suite wet room. There is also a single bedroom and a family bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower. Plus a sofa bed in the new games room for an 8th guest (no blinds or curtains up yet).

Upstairs are two further bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, while the other can be arranged as a super-king or two singles on request. A separate WC is located on the landing.

Holcombe is a friendly coastal village with easy access to beaches, coastal walks, local pubs, and the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth, as well as Dartmoor. Whatever the season, Clementine Cottage provides a comfortable base from which to enjoy South Devon.

You’ll also find electric fans in all four bedrooms and the games room to help keep things cool during warmer weather.

The pool table in the games room has also been professionally recovered with a smart new blue felt playing surface.
