This welcoming, cozy, warm and welcoming stone house can accommodate 4 people, located in a quiet area, in the historic heart of Talmont. Take advantage of its cozy mezzanine to relax, read a good book and surf the internet with WIFI access! You will benefit from an exceptional view from the house, on the Château de Richard Coeur de Lion and on the lake.
Ideal for spending an exotic vacation in Vendée. You can enjoy both the parks:
- Puy du Fou (Prize for the Best Park in the World in 2012 in Los Angeles and Best Park in Europe in 2013) at 1 h 30,
- Indian Forest (the largest adventure park in France), 20 minutes from the Marais poitevin,
and the beach, the port, the zoo, the aquarium, the golf course, the Automobile Museum, Richard the Lionheart Castle and the Thalassotherapy & SPA Center.
You can also visit the art glassworks, the Sables d'Olonne marina, the starting point of the Vendée Globe, the salt marshes, the oyster parks.
It is a very quiet area, the house is located in a dead end, close to bike paths, walking trails, bakery, post office, tobacconist, shops, outdoor games, mall.
On an enclosed plot with a garden: Living and dining room, separate kitchen, single bedroom (140x190), twin bedroom (90x190), mezzanine with extra bed, bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. Baby equipment available free of charge: travel cot, high chair, deckchair, bath, small chair.
You will have the following equipment: flat screen TV, Internet connection with WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, senso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, garden furniture and mobile barbecue. Bike rental possible.
Very easy to access by the A87, on the Atlantic coast, in the south of Vendée, 10 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne. You can easily access the house with your vehicle and park it nearby.
I will be present to welcome you upon your arrival and give you information on the operation of the devices.
Rentals from July 6 to August 31, 2019 for the week from Saturday to Saturday only. From April 6 to July 5 and from September 1 to October 19, 2019, day rentals with a minimum of 2 nights.
