On the plus side, the property was clean, but the property was not as described...there was no dining room, there appeared to be a front door at the front of the building...but that was not the entrance to the rental property. In general, the property is run down, the window coverings are dirty, there is a crack in the downstairs shower floor and the faucet drips, the side of the bath in the upstairs bathroom is broken, never worked out where the vacuum cleaner or ironing board were. The waste disposal unit did not work....to name just a few of the issues.
