Spacious living room with open kitchen

The charming living room has a seating area with a smart TV with streaming capability. Furthermore, there is a dining area with a dining table. The luxury kitchen with kitchen island is fully equipped and includes a combination oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment.



Furnished patio by the water

You reach the furnished patio through the French doors in the living room. The patio is by the water. It's the perfect spot to dine or unwind after a wonderful day out! Moreover, you have a private jetty at your disposal where you can moor your sloop. You can sail straight to Lake IJssel from the water by your holiday home!



Three bedrooms and two bathrooms

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with twin beds, and there are two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite and equipped with a bath, walk-in shower and washbasin. The other bathroom can be reached via the landing and has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. Furthermore, there are separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor.



Practical amenities

There is a private parking space right next to the accommodation. You can use the WiFi for free during your stay. Furthermore, the home has underfloor heating and outdoor storage.
