On the ground floor, the property features a spacious dining room and a cozy living room, both with stunning sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Three en-suite bedrooms with twin beds (convertible into a double) provide flexibility and comfort for all guests.
The upper floor consists of three en-suite bedrooms with double beds, all offering spectacular sea views, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The outdoor area is a true paradise, featuring a private pool overlooking the ocean and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with family and friends.
Guests also have access to the shared amenities within the development, including a communal pool and a tennis court. Public parking is available nearby.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.
From the 11th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
