Lovely 7th floor with huge west facing balcony looks directly over the pool and the Little Lagoon due west....2 bedroom, master bedroom has sliding doors that lead out to the balcony, guest bedroom sports twin beds, den with pull out leather couch with queen bathroom with tub/shower remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and white for 4 in kitchen area, as well as dining for 6 on the and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's....Located 3.3 miles west of hwy 59 at the Hang Out....2 night minimum stay year round.Parking pass purchased by guest at the on site office for 25.00..Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Room was clean and neat and washer/dryer worked great. Easy access to beach with wooden walkway. View from balcony was lovely, especially at sunset and mornings were extremely peaceful. Location was convenient to everything but not overly crowded. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend.
