This beautiful 2nd floor (top floor) property is located on the corner of 9th & Wesley Avenue (842 Wesley) in the heart of Ocean City, NJ. Just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, or downtown to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1,800 square feet of living space on the 2nd floor, the entry level recreation area is additional 300+ square feet). Private elevator (for 2nd floor unit only) handicap friendly with no steps in the unit. This home features two master bedrooms (one King size, one Queen size), another Queen bedroom with balcony, two bedrooms with full over full bunk beds, a full size futon sofa in entry level, TV/Foosball table/game room in entry level. Family room 55” flat screen TV with cable, 50” in game room, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. There is a comfortable canopy covered front deck off the living area for enjoyment rain or shine (canopy removed in winter months), additional privacy/sun shade on north side of awning, a deck in the back off the master, and a balcony off bedroom 5. Keyless entry, off street parking for 3 cars, 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
You are a 5 minute walk to the OCNJ 9th street beach and boardwalk. Right next to this beach is the Music Pier that provides restrooms. The downtown district on Asbury Avenue is right behind the condo (a short 1 1/2 block walk) where you'll find shopping for clothing, five and dime shop, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, bakery, city hall visitor center with bathroom facilities, and more.

Additionally, there is wifi provided throughout the unit. In order to lighten your travel packing you are welcome to use the provided 10 beach chairs, beach strollers, as well as beach wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, bikes, umbrellas, cooler, high chair, and pack n play.

Pillows and blankets are provided. However, linens for the beds/pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels are NOT provided. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the unit. We will provide Linen/towel rental information through a local vendor that offers our home a discount if interested.
Linen sizes you will need are: 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 full beds, 1 full futon on ground level, 2 twin sized roll out memory foam sleepers (for additional sleeping choices), and a pack n' play sheet if using.

Great home with ample amenities. The provision of all things needed to cart to the beach, use of linen service, and great layout with all top notch appliances. It was a wonderful downtown trip.

Nicest rental ever!

My husband and I have been vacationing in Ocean City for close to 50 years, and this unit is by far the best rental. Not only is it beautifully decorated throughout, but there are many extras..beach tags, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach carts, just to name a few. You won’t be disappointed!👍🏖

Family vacation

The house was great. Located in the heart of OC, 3 blocks from the beach and 1 block from Central Ave. The house has a nice large sized family room, 2 outside porches, and plenty of rooms to accommodate a large family or group. The house was well maintained and included plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and barbecue items. The host Joanne was very accommodating and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Ocean City family reunion

The property was updated, very well maintained, and stocked exceptionally!! The owner was extremely helpful and giving! Loved the beach amenities such as wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Nice, easy walk to the boardwalk - centrally located!

Beautiful & Close to Everything

This is a beautiful property. The elevator was a godsend, and it is close to everything, beach, boards, restaurants. The place itself had everything you might need, and lots that you'd never expect.

Perfect !

This rental was perfect for our large family in town for a wedding. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need from a Keurig down to board games. The house is very well maintained. The owner was great to work with and was kind enough to allow us an earlier check in and a later check out due to it being the off season. If ever in the area again I wouldn’t think twice about staying at this location.

Clean and comfortable

This property was very clean and well stocked with all of the necessary amenities. The property owner was very accommodating. She made sure my family had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Awesome rental in OCNJ!!!

Everything in this rental was in pristine condition. Bringing tons of luggage, groceries and kids toys in was easy with the elevator (as well as for those seniors needing a little help!) We were pleasantly surprised to see that there was already paper towels, toilet paper and soap available. The kids loved the recreation room (as did the adults!). We all had a wonderful experience and week!!!

Perfect for Annual OCNJ Trip!

We decided to stay local this year with our youngest graduating high school and headed off to college in a couple of weeks. We wanted to be some where central in OCNJ so that both of our daughter's friends (who are also local) could come and visit for a few days. We also had a couple of friends stop by, which was a real treat. The house is perfect and exactly as described. Joanne is an amazing host, who went above and beyond for us a couple of times during our stay. The elevator is super nice since we can bring up our bags, groceries, take out or just after a long day at the beach. The house is immaculate. We also used the the linen service from Miss Sea Shore's Linen Rental. That worked out perfectly as well. If I could give 6 starts, I would. Thanks Joanne!

Family getaway

The place is wonderful. Exactly, or even better, than we expected. We know Ocean City well, and we wanted to have easy access to both the boardwalk and Asbury Ave. The house is clean and bright and well-appointed. The double-sided wafflemaker was a great surprise! And the covered deck is the most relaxing place in the world.

Fun in the center of everything!

My family had a great stay at this beautiful Ocean City property. The space had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out. We were a quick walk to the shops on Asbury and the boardwalk and beach. The location is in a busy area so it can be a little loud, but the owner thoughtfully provided white noise machines in each bedroom.

Great for family get together.

We rented this property for a small family get together to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday. The total guests ended up including 9 adults, 1 child and 1 infant & still with plenty of space. We loved the large couch and ample sitting options in the living room by the TV and gas fireplace as well as the comfortable porch with lots of additional seating PLUS the very large table by the kitchen that had room for 12! This is the nicest property we have rented so far with VRBO and Joanne was so easy to communicate with and was always available to address any questions. The property was very clean, smelled great and had many high end amenities available. We loved how organized everything was with labels around the property for use of the fireplace and to help with use of the remotes to the many TVs throughout. The elevator was easy to use and a great bonus since 2 of our family members have mobility issues. The only issue we came across was a guest of the unit downstairs accidentally parked in our unit’s spot during our stay however after a quick call to Joanne, she addressed the issue immediately. I can’t say enough about how great the property was and how great Joanne was. We are already looking at our calendar for when we can visit again next year!!

Incredible beach house

My children and mom spent a week, and the house was perfect. If I needed something, the house had it. There was an extensive collection of beach gear that was so useful. The home was so beautiful and very comfortable. The Wifi was perfect, and there were great entertainment options. I felt like if I needed anything the house provided it. My only complaint was the narrowness of the parking location, but that would not deter me from this house. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and communicated well. Just for reference, this house was the first and third floor, so the elevator was necessary for my mom. The other home is on the second floor.

Perfect rental for a big family

Beautiful property. Close to the beach. Very clean. House had a well stocked kitchen. With kids/teens and the fear of Covid with dinning out, we stayed in almost every nite. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen (cookware and appliance). Owners even had a well stocked garage for beach items which were SO helpful. Overall a great experience and wonderful memories. Thank you owners. Will definitely seek availability with your property if we’re heading back to OC.

A Home for a Vacation Stay Does Not Get Better Than This

This property at 842 Wesley Ave. is fantastic. It was immaculate, impressively decorated, and very well supplied. The owner provided everything you could ask for to make your stay very comfortable and the packing of our cars lighter as beach chairs, carts, wagon, toys, and many other necessities were already there. Since we were on the 2nd floor, the elevator was very much appreciated. We feel blessed to have found such a marvelous home in which to spend our vacation.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Everything about my family's stay in this house was perfect! The home is set up so comfortably that none of us wanted to leave. From the spacious bedrooms, to the game room downstairs, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was filled with so many small details that were incredibly helpful: sound machines in the bedrooms, a fully stocked spice cabinet, a grill with all of the accessories and everything you could need for a day at the beach. The owners have really anticipated every need and were very responsive throughout the whole booking process. Just wonderful all around!

This house was great! We had a great week with our family. We took a short drive each day to go to the beaches a few blocks to the north. No problem dropping beach gear and finding a spot to park for the day. The beach down 9th Street was not nearly as nice, but it is right on the boardwalk with plenty of places to get food, go shopping, and use amenities. House was updated very well. House was supplied with beach tags, beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards. They were were in new condition and such a plus!

We had a fantastic stay here! This was our second year in OC for vacation and this home was perfect! Plenty of space, well Decorated, all the amenities you can think of! The host was lovely and responsive! We will be back!

Dream Home for Families

This house is the perfect house and location for a memorable beach getaway. The communication between the owner and her attention to detail in regards to the amenities of the property are unmatched! The house is updated, clean, and well maintained. The house checks all the boxes with large bedrooms and baths, a game room, an elevator, it literally has it all! We have so many great memories of times spent with our family as children, and then as adults with our own children. Ocean City is a great family friendly small town and our home is right in the center of everything. We visit year round because there are great activities for the family all year. We are also a very short drive to Atlantic City.

The location of this home is the best! We are in the center of everything and your family will never be lacking for things to do. Short walk to beach, boardwalk, Asbury Avenue shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, etc. Year round this is a perfect location.
