Inside the Home:
This lovely duplex spans from the ground to the second floor, with no lift access. The main living area offers a sofa, dining table with chairs, and can double as a comfortable remote workspace. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
Kitchen & Amenities:
The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you need for home-cooked meals:
a full-size fridge, gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and more. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking tools, and basic kitchenware are all provided.
You’ll also find a washer, drying rack, iron and board, vacuum, mop, and broom for your convenience.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master bedroom: Super king-size bed, Second bedroom: King-size sofa bed. Both rooms are fitted with triple-glazed windows for quiet nights. Freshly laundered linens, pillows, and towels are included.
The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, sink, and toilet, plus a hairdryer and starter toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel). A separate half-bathroom (WC) is also available.
Clean & Comfortable:
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professionals prior to each check-in. Heating is provided during colder months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be arranged upon request (subject to availability).
Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 35 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
Other things to note:
*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.
*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a £50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a £90 late check-in fee. After 1 AM - £120 late check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
