The flat was clean, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable and had a firmer mattress, which I prefer. It had everything I needed. I'm very pleased.

I felt safe and very comfortable : Great location, with the underground and buses nearby. The flat is spacious and fully equipped. There are several supermarkets and shops in the area I couldn’t get the shower to work; only the handheld showerhead worked

Lovely flat in Lisbon, within walking distance of everything! : This is a really lovely, spacious flat. I loved it and the location was brilliant; we walked from there to all the main attractions every day. The host was attentive throughout and responded quickly to any requests. We had a problem with the rubbish because when we arrived it wasn’t completely clean, so I think they should improve on that and make sure the place is always clean.

We had a lovely time! : Quiet back room, good public transport links (bus, nearby underground station Noisy living room and kitchen facing the street, and minor issues: round, falling-apart toilet brush for a square-shaped toilet, hot water that’s hard to regulate, and a kitchen sliding door that opens by itself.

: Very spacious, comfortable and clean flat The flat is equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. It would be a good idea to provide some dishwasher tablets and coffee pods. As we were only staying for 2 nights, we were unable to use these facilities.

Great stay with a couple of improvements needed. Positive: The location was excellent and the apart

Great stay with a couple of improvements needed The location was excellent and the apartment itself spotless and spacious. It was close to good transport links and local restaurants. We raised this at the time but the initial entry to the apartment was difficult as we were not given the full information to enter the main front door of the building. This was sorted out. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
