The Larios shopping centre is just a few metres away on foot. The area around the apartment is a quiet area although surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Huelin beach is 1.4 km away with a multitude of beach bars where you can enjoy our fried fish.

The Carmen market is 270 metres away where you can buy fresh local produce. The emblematic Larios street (Marqués de Larios) is 1.1 km away. The Málaga Cathedral is 1.3 km away. The Thyssen Museum is 1.2 km away and Muelle Uno is 1.6 km away.





The 179 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. It has central air conditioning with 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed of 150 200, and one with two single beds of 90 x190 each. Two bathrooms with shower. The living room has a dining area and a TV area with a 42`` Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen has everything you need for your stay: washing machine, fridge / freezer, oven / microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc.

The wifi is high-speed fiber.



Extras

A crib is available for an additional cost of €5.00 per day.A baby kit (crib, bath, high chair) incurs an extra charge of €10.00 per day.

You also have the option to request an in-person check-in at the apartment for an additional cost of €50.00. If this is the case, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

Please note

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs. Key collection takes place at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00 hrs, with personalized assistance if required or if you have any questions.You will have the keys available for self-check-in outside from 21:00 hrs.

You can leave your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Malaga).

Registration can be done online or in person at our office. If you choose to do it in person (recommended), please remember to come early since all guests over 16 years old will need to sign the mandatory police registration.

We would like to remind you that we will ask for a refundable security deposit via credit card upon your arrival.
