This beach view Majestic Sun 705B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the seventh floor and sleeps a total of 8. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony, or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is newly renovated and features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, and a regular coffee maker. It's also fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare for a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views of the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers 2 full-size beds, an HDTV, and an attached full bathroom. A washer and dryer can be found in Majestic Sun 705B Destin vacation rental for your convenience, and it sleeps a total of 8.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Easy to book and met all of our needs. The balcony door needed some attention and the sliding screen door was just an empty frame. It would’ve been nice to leave the screen door open to keep the little ones inside.

We spent 4 nights here for a family girls trip. Love the location and proximity to the beach. The pool/ hot tub was nice and really enjoyed the Kilwins on site. The only downside was the dryer in the condo. Had we stayed any longer it would have been an issue. It doesn’t seem to get hot so even the smallest of loads took 3-4 cycles to dry. There aren’t enough towels to not do laundry. We ended up washing and drying our towels over the dining chairs overnight. All and all the stay was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

We enjoyed our stay in the Majestc Sun 705B unit. The unit was nice. The couch cover and living room chairs could use some deep cleaning due to a significant amount of stains but the unit was decorated nice and equipped with all the needs. I do wish the towels were softer, they were very thin and rough on your skin. We will be back !

Great view right in front of the ocean.

Overall I was satisfied with the place very clean which is very important for us the only thing I can say is maybe upgrade the furniture some of the sofas have a bit of stain. Still, they were clean, just stein some but other than that everything was beautiful no complaints ThankY0u for everything will probably come back In the future.

Great view & location

The breathtaking views and convenient location make up for the fact that the unit could use some updating. The unit was cleaned well, but the upholstery on the furniture needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated, but they were acceptable. The dishwasher did not work, but we didn’t get around to reporting it. Overall a good experience and pretty good value for the location. The management company made the rental process and check-in easy.

Nice place! Beautiful views, pools & hot tubs. Easy walk to the beach. Nice surf shop on the first level of the building to pick up souvenirs & boogie boards. The only complaint I have is that the kitchen could use more pans for cooking, such as a frying pan & a cookie sheet or pizza pan. I had to go buy a pan to be able to make eggs. I read this in a previous review & figured that the problem would've been taken care of. It wasn't, so bring some pans from home.

2024 vacation

We definitely enjoyed our time In Miramar. The condo was exactly what the pics looked like. Some things need to be updated but overall everything was great. Only 2 complaints I have are that the dryer isn’t very well it took 2-3 times to dry a load of laundry and the back door is really hard to open and close. Mayb just needs a little oiling but overall we really enjoyed our time and the location was perfect to see the ocean. Oh, 1 more thing the elevators were horrible. They are working on them so hopefully in the future they won’t be as bad.

For the price of the condo I expected more. The couch was dirty and stained, I placed a sheet over it so my children could sit on it. The bathrooms are well past the need for a remodel. Black moldy grout and dirty tubs and sinks. Would not rent again.

I probably wouldn’t recommend it for more than 4 people but for 4 it’s great. Not that big of a deal but it would be helpful if the 2nd bathroom had a place to put shampoo and soap. Even one of those things you hang from the shower head would be fine. The ledge of the tub is pretty narrow so it’s kind of a juggling act taking a shower. Also, the sliding glass door is really heavy and doesn’t slide well. Other than those 2 things, I’d totally recommend.

The kitchen was mostly well stocked, but we did have to buy a cheap pan to be able to cook more than 1 egg at a time. I also don’t appreciate only receiving 2 trash bags for an entire week stay - for the price we are paying, we could at least get a bag for each day we’re staying there. Other than those two gripes, the place was great. Great view of beach, AC blew cold, water was hot, beds were comfy, and the place was clean. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach acrosss the street was easy, even with 3 kids <. 7 yrs old. Plenty of restaurants and activities within a 10 min drive. I would recommend this place for others

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at the condo, housekeeping was still there and currently cleaning. Check-in on every e-mail said 4PM and we arrived at that time. Once we were notified that our condo was ready, way past check-in time, we arrived back at the condo and the floors were still so sandy we could not walk without shoes. Then I call the vacation rental hotline to tell them that they forgot to leave the wrist bands that are mandatory to get into the pool/hot tub area. They told me sorry they won’t be able to get it to me until the next day- which meant we were unable to go to the pool the rest of the day as we had planned to relax by the pool after our drive. So the next morning they walked into the condo- without knocking and gave me the wrist band. They invaded privacy without even knocking and welcoming themselves in to the condo. The rest of the stay we semi-smooth. Great location in Destin as it is right on the beach, but the condo itself and the staff were less than par which was disappointing.

It took 4-5 times to get the bathroom towels mostly dry. The other issue was that the two blue chairs in the living room either need a good cleaning or need replaced. They look pretty dirty. Otherwise, we loved our stay & will probably stay in that unit again. Thank you.
