Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! You have 840 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile and luxury plank flooring throughout and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Great stay right on the beach!

The condo could use updating but if you are looking for something on the beach it is WONDERFUL! The shower was great! The balcony overlooks the beach and the ocean! If watching and listening to the water is enjoyable to you you are going to LOVE the third floor unobstructed views!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and will be back. The size of the resort was perfect. We were able to be on the beach without being crowded. The chairs and umbrella being included was a plus. The room was so pretty, comfortable, and clean. We plan to stay in the same unit again. We loved it.

Loved our stay very well managed! Room was great just wish it was decorated more towards the beach decorations and brighter colors ! It was more like home decorating! Would of made it feel more like away from home! Great views and great location. Would definitely refer friends! And was great that chairs and umbrellas were included !

LR furniture is very uncomfortable, coffee pot needs to be replaced & dishwasher is next to impossible to turn on as controls are UNDER edge of countertop. Also door lock is extremely difficult to lock & unlock. For the price all these issues need to be resolved. Will not stay in #305 again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin Beach Club has just 48 units, so the beach is wonderfully uncrowded, compared to the highrise condos nearby. Beautiful sugar sand beach that Destin is famous for! Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean condo (#305), perfect gulf views, and close to many restaurants and activities. This was our second stay in this unit (also here in 2022), and we'll definitely be back again!

I had just completed radiation for breast cancer and we had planned on our trip to Destin for over 8 months but were going to take our RV. We wanted to stay somewhere that was right on the beach and I remembered staying here and was so happy they had a room. It was beautiful. It had all the necessary items for cooking you may need. I live love love the addition of the chairs and umbrella for the beach and the balcony looking over the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here. Very relaxing and comfortable place. Highly recommend.

Sink slow to drain (reported it but don’t think it was fixed), plumbing in master bath sink area appears to leak, hot water faucet in master bath area was extremely hard to turn off., and exhaust fan was extremely loud...faulty. King mattress needs replaced...it has broken down in commonly laid in areas so felt like laying in holes, and there were no mugs only small coffee cups.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Destin Beach Club, in unit #305, for 10 days in Sept. 2022. We were very lucky because the weather was literally perfect during our entire stay. The Gulf water was warm as bath water, the beach was clean and white as sugar, and the shelling was fun and plentiful. Unit 305 was perfect for us! With Destin Beach Club being only 3 stories high, the beach was MUCH less crowded than the beach areas of the high rise buildings. The high ceiling in the living room made the place feel much bigger. The extra half bath was great to have, as was having a washer & dryer in the unit. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need, with crisp bed linens, comfy pillows, quality towels, nice kitchen dishes, glasses, quality utensils, pots & pans, good appliances, etc., etc. The furniture was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful... we purposely chose a 3rd floor unit away from the pool, for better views of the Gulf and a bit more quiet (although the weather was so good, very few people even used the beautiful heated pool). The beach service provided each day was perfect, with comfortable chaise lounges and a large umbrella. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, from check-in to check-out. We needed the batteries in our closet safe to be replaced, as well as a light bulb in the kitchen, and their maintenance guys responded quickly and efficiently. In short, our stay was perfect, and we will definitely be back... and we'll choose #305 again!

A few of my complaints were not thick enough covers on the beds, no soap or scrub brush in the kitchen and no trash bags. When you come for a vacation you shouldnt have to buy things like that.
