Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this two-story loft condo featuring tile and carpet flooring. This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. It also has a very nice wet bar and sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped updated kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Great Vacation

Loved the condo! Location and ease of getting to the beach were perfect! Having the Back Porch to eat at was the best part. You never have to leave!

The 1st year was great personal was great and friendly and very welcoming and helpful the unit was great. This year was totally different. We stayed at a different unit because it had a remodel bathroom downstairs and thought it would be better. Well the unit needed a little TLC but still not to bad. You can tell the building is suffering from maintenance and the units as well. Love the fact it’s only two floors and right on the beach. But on our last night there I went down to the office to see if they had an extra roll of toilet paper. Well don’t do that because they think it’s gold. They told me to go buy some they don’t supply TP. I even offered to purchase a roll. Still no. I said I spent 3200 dollars and you can’t give or sell me 1 roll of TP. She said yes go buy your own. Very rude and didn’t care rather I come back or not. Very disrespectful and rude.

We love Destin Beach Club we just needed an extra bedroom. We thought the Seafarer would be run like the other property. The young lady in the office was very nice and helped us to get registered. The beach was beautiful, loved our beach chair guy, and the location. Maybe it was just the unit we were in but the beds were uncomfortable, the furnishings were shabby, the closets so full we couldn't use them to hang our clothes, the floors not clean. Fortunately the bathrooms are updated. We used the downstairs bedroom and the balcony had collected water and would not drain. I tried to sweep it off but it was just yucky from a hard rain. We like to cook and the kitchen needs to be updated and restocked. We made do but we won't go back. I'm really disappointed because it had all the makings of a perfect spot for us to transition to with our daughter and son-in-law.

The only l thing I would like to see, some painting in the bathroom door on the first floor, and the kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned. This is something that you need to know, the shower door let water come out from under it. This bathroom was great just wouldn’t want the water to mess up the floor. Overall this place would be a place I would rent again.

Our Week at Seafarer 206

While beautifully decorated, we had trouble controlling the temperature of the two bedrooms. The downstairs was too hot to sleep comfortably and the upstairs was too cold. We ended up finding an extra blanket in the downstairs bedroom to put on the bed upstairs. It was uncomfortable to change clothes or shower upstairs. We had this same problem in unit 203 when we stayed there last year. We love the beach and the beach service was good. We will try another unit next year.

However, our actual unit (206) was pretty dirty and just needed some TLC. Paint wasn’t finished everywhere, older furnishings, tile was filthy, bed frame wasn’t connected to headboard which caused it to bang against the wall with the slightest of movement. The staff was awesome. They helped with a few different issues that we had throughout the week and they went over and beyond to take care of the problems. Overall it was a solid week but we won’t be staying at this unit again; moreover, we would stay at the same property but want a more up to date and clean unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has all the necessities. The upstairs room is a great getaway retreat to just relax and have some peace and quiet. The patios are amazing and views from both patios are awesome. We loved the chair set up which is included in your price during the summer and was so great that the beach area is not crowded at all since there are only around 30 units, especially looking to the right and left which are so overcrowded due to the big high rise buildings in those areas. The pool is nice and plenty big for the unit, the hot tub is really HOT though and you cannot change the temperature of it. We used the gas grills several times and was so happy to have that option for cooking. Overall a great trip.

Nice May 2022 trip but would like better balcony furniture

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Seafarer's location, size, and quiet beach. We ususally rent #209 but it was busy when we wanted to come this year. My only criticism with #206 is the serious lack of good balcony furniture (which is important to us) and a very uncomfortable couch. We'd love an option when a unit we like is unavailable but we will take our chances on another unit unless there are updates to these items. We did like the shower, however.

Reviewer Comments: You can’t beat the location if you want a relaxing beach side rental that is within easy walking or driving distance to activities or stores. You just walk outside to the uncrowded private beach where loungers and chairs are set up for your use. The condos also have your own private decks to enjoy.
