Shorewood 421 has all of the essentials and more, kitchen is fully equipped, there are flat screen TV's and wireless internet, easy key less entry.This spacious upstairs townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with Courtyard & pool views and also glimpses of the ocean. Also offers parking just outside of the entry door. King in the master, 2 queens in BR2 and another queen in BR3. There is an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Once you stay here your family will make lasting memories and will want to return again and again! Shorewood is one of our most requested properties in the area, the grounds are immaculate and the units are quite spacious & well maintained. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

We loved how close we were to Coligny, within walking distance, but not too close. In addition, the pool and ocean were 'right there'! The condo had everything we needed, especially the well-stocked kitchen! We had a lovely time. Thank you.

Family Vacation

This condo is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family vacation at the beach. Unit had everything we needed (kitchen well stocked, extra drink refrigerator, plenty of board/card games to play) and location is great. Short walk to pool and beach, and easy to walk or bike to Coligny. Will definitely return.

The property was well suited for our group. It was clean, well-stocked with what you would need for a week long beach vacation and well laid out. The property manager was active, communicative and clear. Lastly the location is terrific. In the past we stayed in Sea Pines but really liked being within walking distance of Coligny. The condo complex is also well maintained. One item to point out that is that to get to the two bedrooms upstairs you use a spiral staircase. This isn't a criticism and we were fine with it but older adults or people with babies or toddlers could find it difficult. Again, we didn't have an issue with it.

This was a perfect place for our family. My adult children and their spouses had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Large enough for our family of 6 to have their own space and then come together in the common areas. Walking distance to Coligny. Well maintained property with a short stroll to the pool or beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This is a lovely unit, nicely updated. My only complaint is that the bed linens and pillows need to be replaced. We were also given the wrong code to unlock the unit which was an unwelcome surprise after a very long day of travel.

Tons of space and great layout!

Three couples stayed here for four nights. Four of us in fifties then my two parents. Two bedrooms on second floor accessed by spiral staircase so parents were on first floor master suite. All three bedrooms had full bathrooms. It was so nice. Great outdoor space and everything you need in the kitchen. Big dining room for eight of us (two others came over). No issues and will be staying here again. Thanks!

Run in with the president of the owners association.

I were at the pool with my family and all of a sudden a man stood over us and said we should be wearing wrist bands. We told him that no one had given us wrist bans. He looked at us as if we were lying. Then awoman came over and started questioning us about where we were staying. She wasn't very friendly and we felt extremely uncomfortable. We were with my daughter and her boyfriend and it seemed to us that they were being watched all the time by this man and this woman. They made us feel very uncomfortable whenever we were at the pool. Not a very good vibe.

Since being sold by the original owners a few years ago, there have been updates to the condo such as new flooring, new family room and deck furniture, new staircase, and painting. It all looks beautiful! There's plenty of room in all 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The only con that we have is with the kitchen as it's fairly small and can be "tight" with more than one person in there due to the layout.The condo complex is in a great location on Forest Beach - within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the new park, and other restaurants. Shorewood complex is well maintained and has a nice pool area with hot tub. A sand mat was added to extend beyond the boardwalk which helps when lugging wagons down to the beach. We love this complex and this condo!

From our villa we could see the pool & the ocean which we used everyday but one. The villa itself was a 3 bed 3 bath which was beautifully decorated & gave us all the space we needed for 6 adults & a child. We could walk to Coligny Plaza, where there were restaurants, bars, grocery store, ice cream, candy & shops. The park was across the street from the plaza, along with a children’s museum. This was our first trip to HH and it won’t be our last.

Family Holiday

Our family comprised of 3 couples enjoyed our time together here at South Forest Beach. It was perfect with 3 separate sleeping areas and a large common area for cooking/eating and socializing. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and with things to do to occupy us all inside when the weather was not conducive to going to the beach.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the location of this rental. It was very clean and the space was great for the 6 of us. We have been to Hilton Head many times when my boys were younger, but decided to return now that they are grown adults. We have not stayed on this part of the island before. and loved this part of the island also.
