L’appartement a vraiment besoin d’être rénove . Tout est vieillissant,beaucoup de chose était à changer le store extérieur , chaises du salon extérieur cassé l’abattant wc, frigo qui va pas tardé à lâché tellement il chauffe ,la literie est aussi à changer bref du renouveau est vraiment nécessaire.pas de Clim…et avec la canicule qui faisait nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir le fenêtres qui donnaient sur la rue car elle n’était pas équipé de grilles de sécurité. L’emplacement de l’appartement est unique avec sa proximité à la plage . La vue est splendide .c’est vraiment dommage de laisser un tel appartement dans cet état !!!avis mitigé par la vétusté des équipements….

Vos remarques concernant l’état général de l’appartement et les équipements sont entendues avec beaucoup d’attention. Il est vrai que certaines installations méritent un rafraîchissement, et nous prenons vos retours très au sérieux. Une mise à jour est en cours de planification pour améliorer le confort et la qualité de l’hébergement, notamment en ce qui concerne le mobilier extérieur, l’électroménager, et la literie. Concernant l'absence de climatisation, nous comprenons que cela ait pu être inconfortable en période de forte chaleur. Nous évaluons actuellement des solutions adaptées pour mieux gérer ces périodes estivales à venir. Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement exceptionnel de l’appartement ainsi que la vue, qui font en effet partie de ses plus grands atouts. Nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions après rénovation, afin de vous offrir une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes. Bien cordialement,

emplacement merveilleux et appartement spatieux. mais vieillissant. literie tres ancienne et a changé. mobilier de terrasse peu pratique et fragile pour une famille de 4. manque 2 transat pour profiter de la terrasse

location canyelles

très bien situé, attention car beaucoup de bruit la nuit et par chance la Bodéga juste en dessous fermé cause covid, sinon rien a dire sur la situation de l'appartement. La propriétaire devrait faire quelques travaux, car les volets roulants ne ferme plus et la porte fenètre de la chambre ne ferme pas. Cela ne nous a pas empécher de passer une bonne semaine.
