Bedding accommodations include: one Queen in the first bedroom, one Double & one Twin in the second bedroom, one Double & one Twin in the fourth bedroom, one Queen in the fourth bedroom, and one Double in the fifth bedroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated with fresh paint, new furnishings and decor along with luxury vinyl flooring! Need more than five bedrooms? Beautiful property. Would have been nice to have tv's in the bedrooms but it was also nice to not have the tv distract from the sound of the ocean waves at night.

Great Week

Our family enjoyed our week in Pawleys Island. The house was clean and arranged for great traffic flow! Only suggestion is that the washing machine needs to be a tad bit quieter!

Awesome family get away

We loved Pawley’s Island and this house was a perfect location: south end of island, very quiet, amazing sun rises and sets. Layout was perfect and kitchen well equipped. Loved all three puzzles in the closet! Only two recommendations are better mattresses and a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

Wonderful week

Updated clean beachfront home on south tip of Pawleys Island. Amazing view of both oceans and inlet. Home and amenities as advertised. Lenny of room for out of 6 adults and 3 kids. The management company provides chairs as part of the rental deal. Only issue is that the beds need to have better mattresses or at least mattress pads for more comfort. Overall rating a 5 +.

We love that we are on the beach and also on the inlet where we can kayak. Our neighbors enjoyed the fishing, as well. When you are here, you don't ever have to leave unless it's going to the store or for a nice dinner out. Our whole family loves it!

The only suggestion I would make is that the fridge is in need of updating on this unit. While having through the door ice on demand isn't make or break it is certainly a nice to have option.

Reviewer Comments: Firstly, we have been coming to Pawleys for over 50 years and of all the companies we have rented from, Tidelife has the friendliest, most helpful staff. The house was in a great location and we had a super week. Only minor issue we had was kitchen could have been stocked with better quality pots, pans and utensils. We will definitely rent from Tidelife in the future. Refreshing to get smiles and friendly people when picking up and dropping off key, or for questions by phone.

I can’t recall ever having any issues but if we did, they were always taken care of. There are so many good restaurants and stores around that have everything you would ever need. We have the beach to play on in the front and a pier the guys can fish on in the back. We’ve already booked for next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed the house. It was clean, the floor plan suited us fine, and the air condition worked well. However, we did miss the use of a food disposal and ice maker, and the mattress covers must have been waterproof since they made a crinkly noise. We also enjoyed going across the street each night to the house’s dock to sit and talk and watch the sunset.
