Come relax with the whole family!
A wonderful holiday home, perfect for spending time with the family, on a 700-square-meter lot. It’s a single-story home with three bedrooms—one of which serves as a walk-in closet—and two bathrooms.
The home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a cosy porch where you can enjoy the outdoors. In the living room, a large corner sofa awaits you for relaxing while watching TV, alongside a dining table perfect for sharing meals with the whole group.
We have two master bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. If needed, we can also provide a cot without any problem.
The third room serves as a spacious walk-in closet, though it can be adapted for sleeping, as there is enough space to place a 150 cm mattress on the floor upon request.
The home has two bathrooms: one with a shower and laundry area, and another with a large whirlpool tub (please note that it is not a Jacuzzi and does not keep the water hot on its own).
Outside, you can enjoy a landscaped area with lounge chairs, a 6-meter tubular pool, a convenient barbecue area, a football goal, and a trampoline for the little ones to have fun. You also have access to private parking on the property.
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire house and outdoor area, as this is a private rental—it’s not shared with anyone else, so it’s available only to you.
House Rules:
- PARTIES AND BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED BY THE HOSTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY (if necessary, please ask the hosts in advance)
- ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY OR IN THE POOL AREA.
- RENTALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 24.
- A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 600 € MAY BE REQUIRED (in cases of large groups where there is a possibility of parties being held, when large animals are present, or when people who are not staying overnight are allowed access to the property)
