🌊Sea Defence work From Speakers corner to South Parade Pier work will be underway to build the much needed sea defences from March 2026 to May 2027. This will mean some disruption to the area and the apartment will overlook the works. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths. The following charges may be applied Lost keys £30 Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost. Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount.
