The adress of the house is in Loborika, just 10min driving from Pula city. Beautiful villa with total privacy excellent for a dream holiday in Istria. 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 bathrooms enclosed in bedrooms ) and large living space and extra extra large garden. The house has a large garden gated and closed with doors and a large private pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The house has 6 AIRcondition units, one is not working AND can not be replaced. The house is 10 min driving from Pula city, from beautiful cristal clear beaches in Duga Uvala, 20 min driving from Rovinj city and 20 min from Medulin city. Welcome

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet – ideal für Gruppen. Leider gibt es einige Punkte, die man vor der Buchung wissen sollte:Lage: Die Adresse in der Anzeige ist nicht korrekt. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht in Pula selbst, sondern ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto außerhalb der Stadt. Wer zentral wohnen will, sollte das unbedingt beachten.Klimaanlage: In der Anzeige wird eine Klimaanlage beworben, jedoch wird einem erst bei Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass die Nutzung zusätzlich 100  kostet. Das sollte im Vorfeld transparent kommuniziert werden.Kaution & Kommunikation: Nach dem Auszug wurde uns einen Tag später versucht, Schäden und Zusatzkosten (u. a. für die Klimaanlage, obwohl sie uns durch Entzug der Fernbedienungen gar nicht zur Verfügung stand) anzulasten – obwohl beim Auszug nichts beanstandet wurde. Es wirkte wie ein nachträglicher Versuch, die Kaution nicht vollständig zurückzuzahlen.Tipp an künftige Gäste:Lasst euch beim Auszug schriftlich bestätigen, dass alles in Ordnung ist und dass die Kaution vollständig zurückerstattet wird – um nachträglichen Ärger zu vermeiden.
