This spacious three-story fully renovated five-bedroom, four-full bath beautifully updated beach house offers over 3,300 square feet of living space, four porches, a crow's nest, and a convenient one-car garage with an electric golf cart. Chateau de lar Mar also has reservations with Suncoast Beach Service, (#659, one umbrella, and two chairs) and these are available seasonally. Let the beach attendant know the house name and chair/umbrella number and they will have it set up.
Downstairs you'll find a spacious living room with a large modern ceiling fan, all new furniture, a dining room, and a fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast area, refrigerator with ice maker, additional ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, regular coffee pot ( requires #4 cone coffee filters, 60 - quart aluminum stockpot, laundry area with full-size washer and dryer and full guest bath. Just off the living and dining room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating. Brand new six-seater golf cart with Bluetooth radio and built-in cooler added in the fall of 2023. The garage also has a EV charging outlet that is a 50 AMP NEMA 14-50 and there is no additional charge to use.
In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is the large master suite and generous master bath with a large garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room.
Upstairs you’ll discover four guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A few more steps lead to the furnished crow’s nest with views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Other features include a 20-foot ceiling in the living room, 10-foot ceilings in all other downstairs living areas, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.
