Are you ready to escape the “hustle and bustle”? Tired of fighting the condo crowds?

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico our beachfront home - the Dolphin East, offers the vacation escape your family desires.

The Dolphin East is the east side of a duplex, the end unit of 4 duplex homes facing the beach. All 4 duplexes share a boardwalk that runs out to and slopes down to the beach.

The home is constantly updated with fresh-bright colors, comfortable living room furniture, new 70" WiFi TV with bluetooth sound bar, comfy deck furniture, granite counter tops, extra long Restoration Hardware dining table, & new stainless steel appliances (2 full size fridges!)-- all to make your vacation experience enjoyable, carefree, and fun!

We offer a unique beachfront, family oriented vacation experience (NO Spring Breakers). We are one side of a duplex with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths.

Breathtaking Views - Famous Sugar White Sand - Warm Breezes - Romantic Sunsets - Convenient Community Pool - Boardwalk to the Beach - Less Crowds- Privacy - Don’t forget the Dolphins, nesting Sea Turtles, Crabs, & Pelicans!

Location Specifics:
The Dolphin East is nestled within the quiet Bay to Breakers community, located in Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, 18 miles from Hwy 59 on Rt. 180. Bay to Breakers is a low density development and a 15 min walk to Ft. Morgan State Park.

A community boardwalk connects the 4 beachfront duplex homes, and then runs out to the beach at the middle. So an easy 100 ft walk to the right, and then another 100 ft south down to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Activities:: Great Fishing (Bay or Surf) Water sports, Nature trails with bird watching, sea turtles and the famous beach mouse. Biking, Close to several plush Golf courses.
Near local restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Less than 1/2 mile from Marina with boat ramps and charters, 2 miles from Civil War landmark-Fort Morgan and the Mobile ferry to Dauphin Island, 20 miles from Gulf Shore’s main shopping district and amusement/water parks 25 miles from outlet shopping malls.

Sleeping Accommodations:: Sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms + Kid’s “Hang-Out” room (3 King, 2 Full, 1 Full/Twin bunk, & 1 Twin.

First Floor - King size bedroom with comfortable linens, Direct TV & DVD. A full size bath services both the king and an additional bedroom with a Full bed over Full bunk and TV/DVD no Direct TV.

Second Floor – The Master Bedroom on the second floor has a Direct TV & DVD, master bathroom and private deck and large fish style Adirondack chairs.
Additional bedrooms include one room with 2 Full Beds + DirectTV and a second bedroom with 1 king (no TV). Additional sleeping arrangements include twin size day bed found in the “Hang-Out” room with large TV for movies & Xbox games, curtain for privacy.

Great house

This house had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Slept 13 very comfortably. Easy beach access was very nice. Pool was a little chilly for this time of year but would have been perfect if warmer outside.

Lovely beach home for our family

This home was clean, quiet, and spacious, with the dunes and beach just outside the door. We loved the screened porch and the deck for looking at the stars. The grandkids especially enjoyed the hang-out nook! We would definitely stay here again.

This home was a wonderful treat four our entire family. There was plenty of room to just enjoy each others company or have some time alone. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and had some wonderful extras like blenders and crockpots. There were awesome thoughtful things like extra pillows, high chair, playpen, floor fans, game systems, board games, and books. Tons of beach gears was located in the storage unit for use. Shawn was wonderful with communication. Just a great family trip!! Thank you!
